Wonderful!

We absolutely love staying at this property. Very easy access to all of the local restaurants and shops. Quiet and and beautiful area to stay!

Great stay

Another great stay at Coconuts. Perfect location for beautiful sunsets and endless fishing and swimming from the dock. This property has become a family favorite.

Great location

Rented a boat and did a lot of fishing. Also enjoyed watching the marine life from the dock. Many restaurants nearby and the neighbors are friendly.

Food, Fish, and Family

We love the waters. We rented a Boat from A1A Rentals (Ernie) and between the blast we had on the water and the great place to stay, it was a tremendous week.

Great Location - Beautiful Views

This house was perfect for my wife and I (with room for more). The neighbors were exceptionally friendly and the views of the sunset and ocean (including boats, and a glimpse of dolphins, manatees, and rays) were amazing.

Perfect getaway!

The pictures of this wonderful bayside home do not do it justice. We were treated to a clean home with beautiful views, kayaks to use, beach and dock for our boat during our stay. Pam and Chris were very responsive to any question we had and the check-in/out process was simple. After showing our extended family photos and videos of this beautiful stay, they were immediately interested in booking for their vacation.

Second stay

This was our second time staying in the house and we really enjoyed ourselves! The waterfront location is wonderful and the property feels private yet convenient to everything. There were some basic upgrades done to the outdoor kitchen area since our last stay that made it even better and we used it as our primary cooking area. Great place to stay with the family for a little R&R.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. When we first arrived everything was clean and organized. The checkin process in getting inside was easy and any questions I had throughout the entire stay, the owners responded back within minutes. The view of this place is absolutely amazing and you can see the sunset perfectly. The little beach was perfect because our kids were able to play with the water and sand. We took our boat and had it on the dock. It is very close to restaurants and different sand bars. We had a wonderful time!!!

What a view!

Charming bungalow on the bay. We love the Keys, and this is right in the heart of Key Largo. There is so much to do nearby. We loved our big bay views. Had our bikes so we could ride to many nearby parks, shops and restaurants. It was sort of like being in camp from long ago with all our newfound friends among the other property renters. Great group of people. Enjoyed evening cocktails and sunsets on the dock with them. Allowing our pet was a huge factor in our choice. Thank you.

Private hideaway on the bay

I could not give this property a better review. It was the perfect spot for me and my family of five (kids ages 15, 13, and 10). It is very private, and we loved having our own sand beach and dock. (While you do share the dock with a couple of RV owners on the property, everyone we met was great and so friendly.) Even though the house is right off the main highway, it is quiet, and you feel like you’re tucked away in your own little hideaway. My family loved using the kayaks and paddleboard and would swim right off the dock. We paddled the bay every day and even saw a manatee in the mangroves on our last morning. Finally, the sunsets can’t be beat. Each one was different and beautiful. If we ever return to Key Largo, I would rent this house again in an instant. It is especially perfect for families.

Beyond Expectations! Diver's Paradise

This was an amazing property. We are a family of 4, two young adult children. We used this as a home base for scuba diving. We were able to come back for a quick lunch between morning and afternoon dives with Sea Dwellers which is just minutes away. The house is simple but has everything you could need. We were comfortable eating at the tables, the bedrooms gave us enough room the spread out, and the living room furniture was nice. But the reason this property is exceptional is the view. the porch had comfortable chairs and a great view. The best was the dock. Sitting out there for the sunset was incredible. There were mentions in reviews about the sturdiness of the dock. It has been recently redone with a composite material. Saw dolphins twice. We also took the Kayaks out. It was very enjoyable to paddle around the sailboats. The area under the house and the outside shower made rinsing and drying our dive gear a breeze. Also made use of the washer and dryer in the shed. There were two campers on the property but we only saw people from each of them once but they seemed very nice. I will definitely use this property again if we return.

Wonderful property in Key Largo!

Our family of 4 just returned from a week's stay at this wonderful property. We had our own private oasis. The views were spectacular, my husband absolutely loved the outdoor shower, and my sons and I loved using the kayaks and paddleboard. The hosts are wonderful. If you have any questions, or need anything, they are so quick to respond. We can't recommend this place enough!

Such a great vacation spot

Here’s a detail list of my pros and cons. Pros: the view is amazing. The sunset is phenomenal. The dock is new and easy to tie a boat or a jet ski and still have plenty of room. We saw manatees, dolphins and starfish right off at the dock, so many different fish. We caught small sharks, barracudas and some other, really pretty fish. The water had enough beach area where you felt comfortable swimming, and you can clearly see the bottom. The house has a great space up under where you can entertain with a refrigerator and freezer, stove and sink area. Plenty of seating. We spent every single bit of our time outside rather than inside. We never use the kitchen in the house. We use the kitchen downstairs for everything. The house was extremely clean. The AC was great since we went in the middle of June. It was really hot/humid outside, but you could never tell when we walked inside the house. It was always cool. There was plenty of extras such as floats and some fishing things in the building, we utilize the shared washer and dryer quite often so that was nice to have.Cons: I wouldn’t say there were really any cons to the property more highlights. There are 7 camping spots when you pull in and it feels a bit awkward when they are full and sharing dock and beach space but everyone was so friendly, we didn’t mind. The mosquitoes were INSANE, so bring a fan for the downstairs area to keep them away. That with bug spray worked great. Overall, I would 100% stay again. It’s 10/10

Relax and Enjoy the View

Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful home on the water, exactly what we wanted. Perfect for two people or small family. We will return to see more of the area and relax. Safe area and can walk to local restaurants. Thank you!

Great location!

We enjoyed our time here very much. The house was great and the view was awesome. Lots of restaurants nearby and some within walking distance. Even though it was a little on the cold side (January-60s/low70s, windy) we still saw manatees and dolphins. The gate was a little hard to find as it is somewhat hidden but we figured out to just look for Mrs. Macs Kitchen sign. Great trip!
