Villa Teresa Hjerte i Toscana Chianti-området Stor have Panoramisk luksus pool AC

Sarah, You have been the craziest and more frustrated person we have ever meet. The fact you were totally NOT able to afford ANY of the services we have proposed you, obviously, was the biggest problem. You have tried to give your guests a 5 star service willing to pay for a 2 star service. When I switch on AC I asked you TWICE if you wanted it, advising you about the medium cost - you accept it, TWICE. For the rest of items, at the check out you have paid exactly we have what we agreed. You have changed your mind ONE MILLION times during all the period from the booking to your arrival, asking for millions different quotes and changing constantly the quantity of services you wanted for guests, it is the only reason why I gave you multiple quotes. Even your friend apologized for your attitude when you verbally attacked Costanza at check out with your scene about prices (that you perfectly already knew). You probably think we are all servants ready to sacrifice for you, but this is very far from reality. Also your guests spent beautiful words for the villa and our family. In 17 years of business, almost 20 groups every year (almost 340 total), almost 6120 people, we never had some many problems as with you. Dealing with you is impossible. I’m glad we have tons of beautiful reviews about the Villa and our family, so probably guests will understand that it’s not us the problem. Wish you to find a more indicated place for your extremely low finances, and your terrible attitude.

Hi William, thank you so much for your nice words about Villa Teresa. I would just like to specify, for future guests who wish to book or who will come in the future, that in the basement we have our headquarters where everything necessary for cleaning is stored. Since you requested an extra daily cleaning service, our staff would come in to prepare the necessary and go up to the floors for cleaning. If a daily cleaning service is not requested, we never access the basement, except, of course, in the case of extra services requested by the customer (cleaning, cooking classes, meals, etc..) None of our staff is present every day, I would like to clarify this in respect of the privacy that some customers require by renting a Villa for exclusive use. Hope to see you again at the Villa soon! Ciao Francesca
