Thank you for your review. We defiantly try to make the checkin and out process very easy for all our guests. The photos of the hot tub and fire pit are actually photos taken from this cabin. The hot tub is from the front out over the corner of the property facing the golf course. The fire pit is also taken from the side out across the golf course. Sorry about the cheese stick…. 🤦‍♀️ I’ll let our crew know. I’m guessing it came from the cleaning crew during the turn over. We thank you again for your booking.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The photo of the hot tub was taken in the summer and can show a different scene in the winter. We have a ton of snow this winter. The back of the house windows do have boards to keep the snow from breaking them. We are looking into sofa covers and new rugs. Thanks again.

So sorry the cabin wasn't what you expected. Windows are blocked in several cabins in the island Park area during the winter months. Our cabin is cleaned thoroughly after each guest, and we quality check before each stay. Bathrooms and kitchen especially. We strive for quality which we have accomplished over the years. We could have corrected any issues if we were notified during your stay. Thanks again for staying.

Thank you for your review. The windows are covered by boards to keep the snow from breaking the windows. The snow is clear up the windows to the roof so unfortunately even without boards the windows would be blocked by snow. We have a ton of it this year. I apologize about the chip bag I’ll have our cleaning crew pull mattresses, and box springs back from the walls to inspect those areas better. Thank you again for staying.

Hello.. Sorry your stay wasn't as you expected. We work very hard to make sure all of our guests have what they need to enjoy their stay. Due to our winter weather conditions this cabin does have boards on the back of the cabin for safety. When the roof slides the boards keep the ice and snow from breaking all the windows. We had our property plowed, and shoveled the day of your arrival however when its snowing sometimes it can have a few inches upon arrival. We do our best to keep the snow out of the driveway however when its full of vehicles its hard to blow out without damaging everything in its path. We keep the BBQ in the garage in the winter months to keep it snow free. We put those out upon request. I appologize it wasn't out for your stay. We are a local management company and we are here year round. If you should decide to stay with us again we would be more than happy to assist with these things during your stay... just give us a call and someone will be right over.
