The property was wonderful pool was nice. We had good family time together which is what we wanted. We had some nice meals out on the terrace and it was easy to get eat in deliveries.

The villa was stunning, photos don’t do it justice. The views are amazing and very peaceful. Full sun all day. We made use of the pool throughout our stay the temp was still good. Location is great, a few mins drive to everything you need. We weren’t brave enough to attempt to walk this time but it could be done. There is pretty much everything you need and so don’t too pack much as there is a washing machine you can use. We ate out a few times, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from very close by. Would highly recommend booking this villa Thank you for letting us stay

What a fantastic find…. The best villa we have stayed at. Everything you could ask for and more !!! Beautifully decorated and furnished inside. The views are just gorgeous and the outside space and pool are just amazing!. The walk back up the hill is steep but if you don’t like walking then there is the options of taxis back up or to hire a car. The supermarket on the straight is only 10 minute walk and has everything you need in one place. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous piece of paradise

Stunning villa.

An amazing property in a brilliant location. Villa Sellares is spacious, well equipped with an amazing sea view. Communication with the hosts was clear and easy. Highly recommended.

Great holiday!

A fantastic villa in a superb location - easy access to beach, beach bars and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and the air conditioning meant they slept well! Communication from Sally was excellent. Would go back without hesitation.

Beautiful villa in great location

This is a beautiful villa with a great sea view. It was beautifully decorated with a sea view from the living room and main bedroom and had everything we needed and more! It's a great location being walking distance to the sea front with restaurants and bars and while the road back is uphill, it was easily managed by us. We also had a car for food shopping etc. We would highly recommend this villa.

This villa is amazing - the perfect place for a relaxing week away from it all. The views are fantastic, the pool is perfect to cool down in and the villa has everything you need. The position is great - up in the hills so very quiet and not overlooked, but close enough that you can still walk into town. If you're not a hill fan you may want to get a taxi back, which is easily enough to do. The holiday was the perfect combination for us and our 4 teenage girls (14 - 18yrs) - sunbathe by the pool all day and go out for dinner and to a bar at night, with the odd beach trip. The beach nearest the villa is definitely one of the best. The town is also good - very safe with just enough nightlife to keep our girls entertained, but no late night rowdy crowds or bars.

WOW FACTOR

The villa is beautifully decorated and organised. The minute you step in and see the view your breath is taken away and that didn’t change during the whole two week stay . Amazing location . Lovely walk down to the beach but it is a steep walk back up which can be seen as great exercise. Easy to taxi back up after an evening out . Hosts were excellent. Fully and absolutely recommend. Amazing

Absolutely Perfect

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay in your beautiful villa. Sally was the perfect host, great communication and extremely accurate description of the property. The photos are great but the reality still took our breath away! Villa had everything we could wish for and more, every little detail taken care of. Yes the villa is up a steep hill but that just makes the views even more spectacular and you are still on the beach within 2 minutes by car. Nigel made us feel very welcome and looked after. The only thing we were unhappy about was having to come home! Can’t wait to return if Sally will have us back,

Mojacar villa with the best views!

We had a wonderful memorable week at Villa Sellares in Mojacar with our family at the end of August. The villa itself is very pretty, well maintained and kitted out for your every need inside and out. Spacious and comfortably furnished inside with lots of outdoor seating and amazing panoramic sea views from the terrace. The location is up a steep hill which would be about 10 mins walk to the beach promenade but due to the August heat we drove most days. Super convenient to access all the restaurants, beaches and a few local shops for our groceries. The pool area is fantastic and we loved our breakfasts on the shaded patio outside the master bedroom, near the pool.The owner was helpful throughout our stay, as was Nigel the property manager. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we would definitely like to return and we highly recommend.

October Break

The villa was extremely well appointed with a fantastic view over the sea. Inside the villa the kitchen is large with an excellent double fridge/freezer and large double oven and dishwasher. In addition there is a plentiful supply of pots, pans crockery and cutlery. The lounge has TV with access to UK TV and Netflix. WiFi worked well once you had conquered the lengthy password. The bedrooms were all well furnished with plenty of storage. The bathrooms also modern and very clean. Hot water was readily available and the showers all had strong power. The outside has a large patio area and seating from which to enjoy the view. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers. The water in October is not for the feint hearted but am sure most welcome in high summer. The villa is about 15 mins walk to the main road down a steep hill, the walk back is strenuous. There are plenty of bars and restaurants available on the main road. The beach is wide and sandy and certainly the best part of the Mojacar shoreline. Check in and out were both easy and efficient. Everything added up to an excellent short break. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a restful and luxurious holiday.

Amazing villa with fabulous pool area, and patio. Lots of seating options, with plenty of shade and great view of the sea. A/c worked well for us, but also lots of ceiling fans indoors and outside. Kitchen was well equipped and we had no issues with anything. Nigel was our contact next door who was helpful and came to clean the pool twice. Sally, the owner, was great at communicating. We had a car and it was a 3 min drive down (quite steep) to the seafront, where all the bars/restaurants and shops are. You could walk it if you're young and fit, and its not too hot, but would be about a 15 min walk maybe, with an uphill hot walk on the way back!! We will definitely return, as we love the area and have now found a villa where we can relax year after year! Thank you

What a beautiful villa, views are tremendous it's so quiet too. We spent alot of our time in the pool which was lovely. A great location for bars and restaurants a 20 min walk down the hill was fine for us although some may prefer to hire a car, taxis are easy to get too. Buses are plentiful, for trips to mojacar pueblo definitely worth a visit Garrucha for the market. Thanks Sally we had a great holiday also thanks to Nigel for looking after the pool and helping us out if we needed anything.

Pasamos nuestras vacaciones de verano en esta villa y no podríamos haber estado más contentos. La casa es preciosa, espaciosa, cómoda y cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle. Todo estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, perfectamente preparado para nuestra estancia. La ubicación es maravillosamente tranquila, con unas vistas impresionantes que nos ayudaron a relajarnos desde el primer día.La villa cuenta con todo lo que se puede necesitar: desde una cocina fantástica hasta una encantadora zona exterior con piscina, perfecta tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de comidas en compañía. También valoramos mucho la hospitalidad de los anfitriones: incluso en la distancia, fueron atentos y resolvieron con rapidez cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.Ha sido una de las vacaciones más agradables y relajantes que hemos tenido, y nos fuimos con la sensación de que este es un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. Muy recomendable.

7 night stay

I wish this had been a 365 night stay. The villa is lovely, well cared for and delightfully furnished. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen lacked nothing. Bed in main room was very comfortable and was the only one we used. The star of this show though is the outside space, one of the loveliest pool and deck areas we have had the pleasure of renting. Speedy and informative checking with George who gave great suggestions. We plan to be in Spain again next year at some point and I hope this villa will be free. Thank you.

The Perfect Holiday Spot!

We loved this villa, the views are beautiful, it’s so close to the beach and yet so peaceful. The pool is gorgeous, it’s very clean and modern and totally relaxing. The owner Sally could not have been more helpful. Look forward to returning soon.

Impresionante villa

Hemos pasado una semana muy buena en la villa. A la llegada nos atendió George que ha estado pendiente de todo, dándonos recomendaciones de sitios para comer y cenar. Sally también estaba pendiente por mail y mensaje. Tuvimos una incidencia a la llegada y a la mañana siguiente quedó resuelta. La villa es muy bonita, tiene una vistas impresionantes. La piscina es muy amplia y por la noche todo el exterior tiene un encanto especial con la iluminación. Muy recomendable

Fantastic Terrace and Sea Views

We had a great stay, it really is a great villa, and well equipped with all we needed. The fantastic terrace and pool allowed us to make the most of the late summer sun. Great location too, walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Villa Sallares- fantastic stay

The villa was modern and excellently equipped and clean and fresh. Always instant hot water We especially loved the pool because of the steps down at the shallow end and the seated part to cool down in, not to mention the panoramic view from the balcony? It was very peaceful, yet only a 10 minute walk to the beach. A car was essential for us so we weren't troubled by the hills - there's lots happening in Mojocar for families. The sun remained round the pool until after 7.30pm which was a long enough day in the sun. The owners, Sally and Douglas were very friendly and the local agent, George from Complete Care was also helpful and informative. It was very relaxing and trouble free and I would definitely recommend it.
