This was a great little a apartment walking distance to the Acropolis and in a decent neighborhood. Many great restaurants close by as well. Great communication regarding check in and check out as well as booking transportation. I would 100% recommend this property!

It was a perfect location, just 7 min from metro, a few stops from major attractions. Inside the apartment, we had anything we needed. A coffee place just a block away. Very smooth check in and check out. Definitely coming back!

We enjoyed staying in a local community. It was walkable to transportation, restaurants, banks and other needs without being in the tourist area constantly

There are three problems with this property experience: 1) The location is not near tourist areas like Acropolis or Plaka, it is 40 minute walk or three metro stops away, the neighborhood is rougher and not suited to tourists; 2) there was not hot water 2/3 of the time; 3) there was no clarification about exact location, the address shares a nearly identical address also in the area, navigation apps confuse the two.

This review is simply false. You criticize the location, despite the fact that the exact address and map are visible before booking. At no point have we ever advertised this property as being in Plaka or next to the Acropolis. Complaining after your stay about something you knew before booking is unreasonable. You also claim there was no hot water. The apartment has a perfectly functioning water heater, and every guest receives clear instructions explaining that it must be switched on approximately 20 minutes before use. Hundreds of guests have used the apartment without reporting such an issue. As for the address, this is equally inaccurate. You are the first guest to claim that the property is difficult to find, despite countless successful check-ins using the same address and the same instructions. Nothing in your review reflects a defect of the accommodation. It reflects a lack of attention to the information provided before and during your stay. Fortunately, future guests can compare your statements with the hundreds of positive reviews this property has received and draw their own conclusions.

Awesome non tourist place to stay in Greece, local restaurants and shopping close as well as the subway station to get anywhere you want. Host was very responsive and gave clear guidance/instructions. 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable stay

We were met by Lefteris (sp?) for check-in. All went well and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment, as we arrived early, while the apartment was being cleaned. Mano reservations were very helpful in booking a food tour and a tour of the Acropolis. Everything went well and the service was excellent.

Goos stat

The property was 15 minute walk to the sites. Place is small but your not everyday life. It was great to have a place to unwind after long day

In the heart of Athens

The apartment is in a vibrant, very bustling neighbourhood with a grocery store and cafes nearby. We walked everywhere- do not drive in this area. We walked to the acropolis, the gardens, the museum, popular touristy places (plaka and monastiraki, flea market, Athens central market plus more. The apartment was very nice to come back to.

Really nice and good communication. Love the place actually. We had one issue with 2 streets with the same name? Not sure what happened here but I phoned the company and they sent me the correct google maps so all good. Just beware. It's only a couple of hundred metres from Neos Kosmos

Great place away from the busy area

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The place was very clean and close to a metro station to go anywhere in Athens. The street was a bit loud at night due to lots of motorcyclists riding at night, but with closed windows and air conditioning running this may not be an issue. The host was very accommodating. The only thing is if you are two people who are not a couple, let them know to have two separate beds ready. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay in Athens.

Happy with choice

Well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with owner who conveniently offered service of transportation to the airport for 45€. Grocery nearby was helpful for meals at home. Only negative was getting lost from subway to apartment.

Very quaint little apartment

The apartment was clean and as advertised in a great location for my sister-in-law and I to stay for a few days while in Athens. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are coffee shops and a small supermarket right across the street. The sheets were clean and very comfy but the towels could use some replacing. The metro is very close as well or was an easy 20 min walk to the Acropolis. George was very responsive and gave wonderful recommendations on restaurants. The AC worked well! Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer.

Athens for the first time

George was great with communication! The location was within walking distance to the Acropolis and several other sites. The location was within walking distance to a grocery store, great bakery and several good restaurants. The only things that were tough were the sofas in the living room and the bedroom mattress. You could feel the springs when you sat on the furniture. Other than that, it was a very nice apartment.
