Casas de Guadalupe er en lille enklave af nænsomt restaurerede historiske adobe Casitas. 12 Casitas, som ligger lige ved plaza. Én og to soveværelse enheder, hver med en unik grundplan.

Dette to etagers casita er udstyret med den største stue på Casa de Guadalupe. Køkkenet er rummeligt, hvilket gør dette til det ideelle casita til større familier eller grupper. De levende område har en morgenmad bar, der spilder ind i hulen, hvor gæsterne kan samles for at nyde godt selskab og et godt måltid. Sofaen, åbner også op i en queen size seng. Den upstair soveværelse, med en queensize seng, har en privat balkon, hvor du kan slappe af og nyde en stille aften og efter en travl dag i Santa Fe! Der er et andet soveværelse ovenpå, også med en queensize seng, og fuld badeværelse med kar / brus. Denne ferie leje casita har alle de autentiske hånd - en Kiva pejs, Saltillo fliser og trægulve. Men det har også været dygtigt opdateret til at give dig med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder, herunder kabel-tv, vaskeri, et fuldt udstyret køkken, aircondition og gratis internetadgang med høj hastighed. Med gratis parkering, kan du parkere din bil og gå til plaza i minutter eller til den helt nye Railyard. Du er allerede bor i Santa Fe stil!

Casas de Guadalupe er en privat forbindelse tolv luksus Casitas. Vi kan mageligt rumme en bryllupsrejse par eller en familiefest! Hvis dette Casita er booket, kan vi have en anden casita rådighed! Great Rental

This was a great place to spend a week in Santa Fe. Good size kitchen, A/C worked great, WIFI worked very well, clean, beds were very comfortable.Great location, just a few blocks away from the plaza and railyard, but in a nice quiet neighborhood.Owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would absolutely look to rent this casita again next time we are in Santa Fe!

Lovely casita!

We were 2 friends staying in Casita F, a 2-story, 2-bedroom property. It was a perfect location within easy walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and the Railyard District. The casita was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

Despite the snow the first night and what seemed to be an offbeat location as we drove in, this casita was welcoming, perfectly located for walking to Plaza, restaurants and O'Keefe museum. The snow on the adobe walls, colorful doors, and blossoms was an added visual delight. We would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend/Santa Fe Casita!

Lots of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, very clean, etc. Great location for walking downtown/old town Santa Fe. Unexpected snow storm, the owner cleared the driveway and brought us a snow shovel to clear off our cars after the storm. They were easy to contact and checked in on us!

Nice place in a great location

Really great walk able location with parking. Great for the plaza and Canyon Road. The place was nice, a little dated in decor but everything worked fine. I would stay again for sure.

Great location!!

Very convenient place to stay in Santa Fe. The townhome was clean and neat and had everything we needed for our visit to Santa Fe. The property manager was very responsive and answered the few questions I had.

Great location close to everything! Our stay was great just wished it was a little bit cleaner. Nothing major just some more dusting and bathroom TLC. If you want to be within walking distance to everything stay here for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Great Santa Fe Getaway!

We really enjoyed this convenient and authentic property during our recent long weekend visit to Santa Fe! Mary Ann was easy to communicate with and all went exactly as hoped. I definitely recommend this casita given its very central location.

Wonderful casita within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe

This charming and comfortable casita checked all the boxes! Spacious, clean, comfy, two bedrooms and 2 baths and a full kitchen. Wi-Fi was decent, but a little slow a few times. Location was great - a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, many nearby shops and restaurants. The owner left good information and contacted me In advance to see if I had any questions. I would stay here again!!! Thank you for the all around great stay.

Great location to take in the sites😀 we enjoyed the fireplace. Pinion wood was easy to pick up at the near by grocery store. Everything was convenient and enjoyable.

Great place, great location

Casita F was such a nice place to stay! It was exceptionally well-stocked with kitchen stuff - even a working crock pot. Plenty of comfortable pillows, a nice fireplace, good heating controls. And the host is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great get away

This was great location to walk all over downtown Santa Fe. The rental fit our needs to a T. Decorated to fit the south west theme of Santa Fe. A cute function place. Would stay again.

Pet Friendly and People Friendly

Rental property is good. Host, Mary Ann, is very helpful and gives detailed instructions. Great communication. Stairs up to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but no problem for me. Clean, no bad odors, AC worked great, all good. Pet friendly, yet no signs of pets in the rental. Easy walk to the Plaza which is really convenient. Five stars all the way around for me.

Memorial Day weekend with my airman

Everything was wonderful! Very cute and homey. We did our laundry, we cooked breakfast twice, everything worked great! Pullout bed was very comfortable as were the beds upstairs. We’d stay again! My ONLY critique would be maybe a more comfortable seating area out front. Thanks Mary Ann for a great stay and being so helpful!

We overnighted in Santa Fe on the way back to Colorado from Arizona. We wanted to enjoy the Plaza area for this brief stop. A short walk to the Plaza allowed us to enjoy meals at La Fonda and Plaza Cafe before we took off. This casita was clean and cozy and met our needs perfectly. The host gracious and friendly, and was able to answer questions about the property and location as we approached Santa Fe. We would use this location again, for sure!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita F is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). This casita is two story, with a covered patio off of the den, as well as a balcony off the master bedroom. Either one is perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
