Thank you for your feedback. We take every guest's comments seriously and would like to address a few of the concerns raised. During your stay, a licensed HVAC technician inspected the air conditioning system and determined that the unit had frozen because exterior doors had been left open, allowing warm, humid air to mix with the return air. Once the system thawed and was serviced, it resumed normal operation. We also want to note that the guests currently staying in the home have shared that this is the nicest vacation rental they have experienced in more than 25 years of visiting the Gulf Coast. They have reported that the home is comfortable and that everything is functioning well. Regarding the bedding, no concerns were reported to us during your stay. We professionally launder all sheets, blankets, and linens after every guest's departure as part of our standard turnover process, and we are committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable home for every visitor. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately if any issue arises during their stay. Doing so gives us the opportunity to address concerns promptly and ensure they have the best possible experience. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to provide exceptional accommodations for all of our guests.
