TYPISK italienske stilvilla med pool

Good morning Mike, I am very glad that you enjoyed your holiday ,I really hope to meet you and your family in the future. Many thanks. Michela

Thank you Tomas, hope to see you again. Regards, Michela

I am very surprised and sorry for what has been written and which is absolutely not true. the house was perfectly clean and sanitized before your arrival and I don't understand how you can afford to say that someone has been in the house in your absence, this is really an insult to my seriousness and professional ethics. The billiard table is absolutely not broken and neither is the dishwasher which you also left on before leaving the house. You knew since the booking that the wifi is only for a fee and at check in you didn't ask me for it or for any other things even if I was at your disposal for the whole stay and I told you to contact me for anything but you didn't do that. Also you have really left the house and especially the bathrooms like a pigsty. I'm sorry to be so direct but this is the truth. Furthermore , I asked you your documents to register your presence and strange thing you did not give me them , I asked you twice explaining that it was for the obligatory registration but you did not.

Thanks Els, hope to see you again, best regards, Michela
