Amazing stay

The apartment is clean and beautiful. You have everything there what you need. Even the location is amazing. You are in 10 minutes at the sea or even in the centro where the train station is. Supermarkets and bars are near. The balcony was my favorite place. The view is beautiful.

The apartment is clean and beautiful.

The apartment is clean and beautiful. You have everything there what you need. Even the location is amazing. You are in 10 minutes at the seaeven in the centro where the train station is. Supermarkets and bars are near. The balcony was my favorite place. The view is beautiful.

Great Choice

Small apartment but with everything you need for an excellent stay. The apartment is located in an area with restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Despite being in a central area, the place is very quiet, which we really liked. Excellent balcony with sea view. It's about a 10-minute walk from the beach, you don't need to take the car and there's public transport that passes on the street. The apartment has everything you need for a good vacation, we liked the detail of the sun umbrella for the beach. The kitchen is super well equipped. A place to return to again. Three small things that could be improved. - I didn't like the torn sheets. - There were only 3 small rolls of toilet paper for a 10-night stay for two people, which is insufficient. - Also check the ceiling during cleaning.

Near perfect, except for no pool facilities

The apartment was fantastic and communal areas always clean & tidy. Area around apartments had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets so ideal for self-catering needs. Metro was only a 10 minute walk away so easy access to everything including airport. Air conditioning is in living room only but fan provided for bedroom. Best to in living room in hot summer months. The washing machine was good addition too. Only issue was that the pool was empty and the neighbouring apartments (Hercules) pool was overcrowded anyway. Andrea was lovely and even turned up a bit earlier for us so we could pick up keys. Thank you. Make people aware that there is no pool facilties.

We regret any inconvenience caused by the availability of the pool. Please be advised that there are several pools available to all residents on the premises. However, due to water restrictions and in an effort to care for the environment, only some of them are open at certain times. Although the closest pool was not available, there is another one just 20 meters away that was. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope you had a pleasant stay. BENALMADENA BIEN CONECTADA

Buena comunicación,recepción 24 H en el edificio,zonas de jardines privadas con piscina bien cuidadas, 15 minutos andando a la playa, supermercados cerca, bares de todo tipo para comer,zona tranquila El sofá es un poco incómodo para estar sentados, más juegos de toallas para el baño.

N'avons pas mis les pieds à la piscine, car énormément de visites sur toute la côte. Appartement agréable, un tout petit peu à rafraîchir mais très pratique. Nous connaissons depuis de très nombreuses années les différents édifices et nous sommes toujours très contents d'y retourner régulièrement. Merci beaucoup pour tout le suivit depuis la réservation jusqu'à la date de départ. Professionnalisme assuré.
