Michael was a great host! Communication was perfect and check in went smoothly. Location of the home is the perfect walking distance to a lovely little pub (Larkins) and convenience store/market with a great selection of food to prepare at the home. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our party. Milltown is a great little town and a perfect central location to explore the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and Killarney areas. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great location

The place was great. Slept 9 which is what we needed and was a short walk to small town. Also it is centrally located between Dingle and the ring of Kerry.

It's not a mansion, it's a semi-detatched in a housing estate, but it comfortably slept four of us and is just a few minutes walk from the two supermarkets and excellent butcher. Well located for the local sights - just don't let your satnav take you down lanes starting with "L" and followed by several numbers as this will take you along narrow tracks into the mountains where you will lose internet connection! I would happily stay again.

Wonderful Wonderful Place to Stay

This is such a wonderful place to stay when visiting County Kerry. Michael was beyond helpful with check in instructions, places to eat, and things to do in the area. The home is beautiful and comfortable (though it is 3 stories so be prepared for stairs) with a great garden space. The location is in an excellent family friendly neighborhood and very convenient to drive to surrounding areas such as Dingle, Killarney, and ring of Kerry. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to stay would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

Meticulously maintained townhouse that was very clean! Stayed with 6 adults and we had plenty of room. A perk was being able to use the washer and dryer which was nice because we were traveling for 11 days. The townhouse is a short walk from the small town. We ate at Larkin's and the owner and staff were kind and welcoming, not too mention the food was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Kerry Retreat

We truly enjoyed the home in Milltown. It put us in a perfect location to explore Kerry. We even drove to Galway for a day trip. The home was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. The owner was polite and a great communicator. He made it so very easy. I 100% recommend staying here when spending time in Kerry.

Great Location and Experience

We had a wonderful trip to Co. Kerry and Michael's place served as a great central location to play golf all around the area. The home was clean and well organized, everything you needed to know was documented in easy-to-find places (TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer). We had an issue getting the lockbox to open when we arrived at 11:00 pm at night and called Michael, who picked up instantly and helped us figure out how to get in. He was a top-notch host, and we highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

It is somewhat disappointing to see that, on this occasion, we have not met your expectations and it is therefore important to respond to the points raised so that these can be clarified. I am glad that you liked our home and that we were able to accommodate an early check-in for you, considering that this was not discussed or pre-arranged prior to your early arrival at our home. Your feedback on our neighbourhood is somewhat ambiguous! We have detailed in our description, and with photos, that our home is on a quiet, Cul-De-Sac, crescent with 15 other homes, all of which are occupied by friendly families, and overlooks the countryside. During your stay you had exceptionally warm weather, as you communicated with me on messenger. Consequentially, there had been no rain in Ireland for many weeks prior to your arrival and as the area does not have water reservoirs, the water supply company managed the supply of water, only during this period, by reducing the pressure during peak hours. I am sorry that this impacted on your stay, but unfortunately, it was completely outside of our control and not a regular occurrence. As detailed in the guest information, one needs to close the toilet seat in order to fully flush the toilet. In line with environmental regulations in Ireland, all new homes have to be fitted with smaller water cisterns and I am sorry that this caused you an issue during your stay, however, we have to comply with regulations. In terms of TV channels, we have in excess of 25 TV channels and a significant collection of DVDs, so I can only offer our apologies that this did not meet your expectations.

Fantastic Comfortable House!

Extremely well located and comfortable house perfect for 2 or 3 couples or a large family traveling to the Killarney National Park area (highly recommend Muckross House and short hike to Torc Waterfall)! Owner Michael provided very valuable information (via communication with us and in information he left at at the house) about local attractions. Very convenient driving distance to Ring Of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Best washer and dryer we’ve had while traveling across Ireland this trip and past trips to the UK. Local pub’s fun and friendly, and got to see the King Puck Statue in Killorgorlin. We hope to come back to Ireland again, and would love to stay here again.

Perfect home and stay for our family

This house was everything advertised and more. So well appointed, sparkling clean and comfortable. We made ourselves at home (did laundry, cooked). It had everything we needed. Including little extras, such as basic spices, olive oil, chip clips to use while there. It had a hanging rack for hanging damp clothes. Had body wash and shampoo. The list goes on. And excellent instructions on using all appliances in the house. Importantly, it was well situated to see Ring of Kerry and Dingle Penninsula and Killarney National Park. Will be recommending this place to our friends who come next year. Hope it is available. Thank you Michael! I think our favorite VRBO yet, out of many stays and countries in the world. And we have picky young adults with us to satisfy!

Quiet Home, centrally located to many beautiful areas of County Kerry!

Reservations and all communication with Michael were quiet and easy. I asked for recommendations in the area of places to go, times to visit, and suggestions on photography timing (for my hobby). Michael had many great suggestions for us. The home is on a quiet street in a small community. It was easy to find and key access was easily exchanged. The home had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room for hanging out or getting a little space after a week of road trip around the country. There was a large movie selection available. It was fun to kick back and relax after our long days exploring the area. There was also a Wii. The Ring of Kerry was within a 10 minute drive. We visited Dingle and it was worth the visit! We also went and visited the Crag Caves and had a great tour. Definitely recommend this home to for families or friends getting together....plenty of room and things to do for families with kids of all ages. Thank you Michael for sharing your home and all your recommendations for the area! Would love to come stay again!

Great place for families

The host was in constant communication. The home was well appointed. We loved the collection of DVD’s and the Wii! Our son loves to travel and explore and having creature comforts like this made for a relaxing end of the day. There are shops just down the street for morning coffee and basic groceries. We highly recommend this home!

Exceeded expectations

This place was spacious. The owner, Michael, was an excellent communicator. Overall, very clean with lots of amenities we did not expect, including a small welcome breakfast item. The small village was easy to walk to and had a nice restaurant/pub, pizza place (recommended by the owner and amazing), plus a great coffee shop. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. We could tell this place was child friendly, even though we did not have kids. Michael is great. Great stay!

Wonderful accommodations

A modern, spacious, and well-appointed home - perfect location for exploring County Kerry. From breakfasts in the well-equipped, comfy kitchen, to dinners running the gamut from casual takeaway from Alma's in Milltown, to excellent cuisine at Nick's restaurant in Killorglin, our stay here was very enjoyable. Michael O'Connell was gracious and responsive, providing us with many helpful details about both his lovely home, and the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend these lodgings!

Loved it!!

Great location near Ring of Kerry

We loved this house and its location. We day tripped to Blarney Castle, Skellig Michael, Valentia Island, Bunratty Castle, Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Killarney National Park, and of course the Ring of Kerry! It was a great location for all of these things. The home is quite nice and met our needs perfectly! Michael made great suggestions and communicated with us along the way to ensure that everything for our stay was excellent.

Very nice and clean

The home owner was very attentive to our stay. He checked in with us to ensure we had no problems with the place. He provided detailed information on how all the appliances worked. He provided a lot of information of the surrounding area which helped us on a day trip. I would recommend this place to any of my closest friends and family. It is within walking distance of the small town of Milltown. We all enjoyed our stay here and were very impressed with the home and the home owner's professionalism.

Being from Kerry, but residing in the UK, Milltown proved to be the most central location for exploring the region when visiting at weekends.
Our home is a town house over three floor, so plenty of space when family or friends are staying.
Our home is new, bright, clean and modern.
our home is 15-20mins drive from Kerry Airport.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our home benefits from all mod cons ie 8 ring gas hob with three electric ovens, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.
There is parking for two cars in the drive and whilst set in a small residential crescent of 16 homes, it benefits of views over the countryside and mountains, thus quiet and tranquil.
