What details will be useful to those who read us: - Mont Vernon HILL: our 4 beachfront first row suites are located on the front line on Mont Vernon which offers the most beautiful breathtaking view of the ocean with direct access to the beach of Orient Bay in less than 2 minutes. There are a few stairs but also flat paths that access the parking lots to the suites for those who prefer to take them. - INSECTS: The residence regularly treats the corridors and gardens of all insects, so it may happen to see a dead cockroach outside. The residence offers several collective car parks including a very large one in the southern part. - PARKING : unusual rains in November flooded some parking lots but generally all our travelers find a place to park their car on the parkings at the reception, along the street. We regret that you did not enjoy your rental. But we want to reply to your review The lobby of the residence is specially located on Mont Vernon hill not the condo. The residence offers an amazing view! Garden suite is located down at 20 steps to the beach. To go down the condo there are some stairs that all travelers and residents use all the time and really stairs are not so “wicked”. Your luggage was delivered from the lobby to the condo arrival and departure for a comfortable checkin, we offer this service to all our guests. Your husband was sick and he appreciated a lot. Because access to the room is only possible to drop heavy groceries and it is for why the residence is very quiet, no traffic and engine noise, just the ocean in front of you and the breeze. The room is spacious but the kitchen is not so tiny! Kitchen is well equipped. There is a wood and a glass cutting boards on the work plan. You used them. Everybody loves Orient Beach the famous beach, we are not isolated at all. Probably you were expecting a rental in concrete building hotels, with a mass tourism and noising ambiance. Mais nous souhaitons répondre à votre avis Le hall de la résidence est spécialement situé sur la colline du Mont Vernon et non sur le condo. La résidence offre une vue incroyable ! La suite jardin est située à 20 marches de la plage. Pour descendre du condo, il y a des escaliers que tous les voyageurs et résidents utilisent tout le temps et les escaliers ne sont vraiment pas si « méchants ». Vos bagages ont été livrés du hall à l'arrivée et au départ du condo pour un enregistrement confortable, nous offrons ce service à tous nos invités. Votre mari était malade et il a beaucoup apprécié. Parce que l'accès à la chambre n'est possible que pour déposer des courses lourdes et c'est pour cela que la résidence est très calme, pas de bruit de circulation et de moteur, juste l'océan devant vous et la brise. La chambre est spacieuse mais la cuisine n'est pas si petite ! La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a une planche à découper en bois et en verre sur le plan de travail. Vous les avez utilisées. Tout le monde aime Orient Beach, la célèbre plage, nous ne sommes pas du tout isolés. Vous vous attendiez probablement à une location dans des hôtels en dur, avec un tourisme de masse et une ambiance bruyante. As you say, the condo and views are wonderful, directly facing the sea without any obstacles, above the level of the ocean, any risk of submersion or tsunami and a beautiful panorama. To exit the apartment along the corridor/gardens, you access directly the beach/pool in ten steps perfectly manageable. The condo is on the ground floor, as the up-to-date photos clearly show. We believe you have not taken the time to observe the place with serenity. The steps and hills you mention are characteristic of the entire residence perched on a hill, offers a unique position overlooking Orient Bay for a nice panorama and tranquility. This poses no difficulty for alert people or those without mobility difficulties. We would like to point out that the apartments are also accessible by car for luggage, yards, furniture, etc. (Use Google Map and Google Earth). We understand that the ages added with health issues mentioned upon your departure, may pose a concern regarding site traffic. We host regular guests aged 90 in this apartment. It is therefore useful, given your medical profile, to thoroughly inquire about the layout of your residence to avoid assigning an inappropriate description to a choice and casting doubt on the integrity of the owners. In the residence all the apartments located on the ground floor exactly front of the beach have a few steps because the buildings are on the hillside. This location offers an amazing view of all Orient Bay and its beach. We want to reassure you that many older guests, « you are fresh and dynamic », reserve this location for its breathtaking view and serenity. We do not hesitate to help them in the transport of luggage, you have benefited both on arrival and departure. On the ground floor you could enjoy the green spaces over the beach which is very significant. When guests desire a higher floor (our 3rd floor) at the same level to the building, either for motricity reasons or to be higher, we offer them an apartment that corresponds to their wishes. However, it is necessary to ask us the questions and to state these desires. We answer all questions and our photos correspond to the exact truth of the place. No zoom, no fake photos.
