Thank you very much for tour review 5* Now you know why we do the difference (lol) We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay with us in Champagne Suite. My husband and me are always present to welcome, assist and we love to pamper our guests all during their stay in our suites. The suites are beachfront on 1st row and the way to join them has some stairs or a path where you can walk even with a wheelchair. Guests love to walk on the paths of the residence on evening to enjoy the breeze. Whenever it is necessary, we enter with the car to help you check-in/check-out with bags and also for heavy grocery or big water pack to drop them at your condo, that is really a bonus to be comfortable :). As you know we offer a discount to our loyal guests that of which you are part now. You will receive a good price for a direct booking. Good day to all travelers, followers, future guests, When a comment is false we must react and respond : PARKING There are several free car parks available around the residence, close to the apartment because we are in a building with direct access from the reception. A large car park is being renovated. STORAGE The apartment has a large closet with wardrobe and a piece of furniture with 6 large drawers for storing linen, a drawer forces a little more it opens. A drawer contains useful objects from tourist magazines of Saint Martin, games, maps of the island, books, light bulbs available to travelers. BATHROOM The bathroom is large and the breeze circulates throughout the apartment as well as in the bathroom which has no humidity or lack of air. AIR CONDITIONING The air conditioning works very well, it is checked and cleaned regularly, the filters washed between each traveler. The air conditioning is very well adapted to the volume of the apartment and for a normal use. We have never had a problem before. Gerald made abusive use (maximum fan and low temperature 17C/62 F) which caused after his second night a major breakdown on the motor unit and split, we had to pay for the intervention of a technician for a repair done fr - 4 hours. We had asked him for reasonable use. CHANGE We offer a change from 10 nights. It is written in the apartment rules. Gerald stayed 8 nights Guests wanting more linen buy a complete set of sheets and towels or do a washing machine with the free detergent. TRASH BAG Upon arrival you will find complimentary for your first days : 2 kitchen trash bags 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 roll of paper towel 1 degreaser 1 cleaning liquid 1 liquid glass Aluminium Cling film 1 detergent for several washes 1 box of tissues 1 dish soap Sponges and kitchen cloths Coffee, tea, coffee filter, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices etc… Gerald forgot to mention that he left the Champagne Suite in an advanced state of dirt (kitchen and bathroom), a 4-hour cleaning was required upon his departure. He was unpleasant and rude during his stay, and he also forgot to mention that we waited for him for more than an hour and a half at check-in and that we went to look for him on the road because he had gotten lost despite our road map, directions and photos sent. We therefore let our travelers appreciate our average rating of 10/10 for several years. And let's note that he wrote that "the hosts are very attentive" ☺️ We have been looking forward to welcoming you for over 14 years in one of our 4 suites on the beach of Orient Bay with the greatest attention !
