Exceeded our expectations! Our accommodations had a king and two queen beds, plus a pull out sofa-Plenty of space for our family of 5. Ocean views on the large balcony and great location to enjoy club side or hotel side. Staff were amazing and took great care of our family all week. Moe’s Market delivered snacks and drinks for the week to our room once we arrived which was super convenient! The small kitchenette offers flexibility if you’d like to stay in for a meal. All the restaurants on property were delicious.

Paradise!

This was such a beautiful area with a great view overlooking the bay. You could sit out on the balcony listening to the ocean for hours.

Wonderful Accomodations!

The property, accommodations, and service were wonderful! My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz residence and would stay here again if visiting St. Thomas. The property is close to Red Hook but not walkable and far from downtown, requiring expensive taxi service everywhere.

Fantastic!!

Host was super responsive before, during and after. Helped coordinate our booking, groceries, reservations and reminders throughout. Awesome host! Property is as advertised and INCREDIBLE!! The Ritz is every bit the service you expect from the name and this resort is EASILY the best on St Thomas. Perfect location, amenities and beach. Can't wait to get back!!

Family Vacation Paradise

We went with several families to this Ritz Property, parent had a blast kids had a blast, everything made you feel at home, love the Concierge service of pre-ordering groceries and having everything we love to eat from home... The property was splendid and the villas had plenty of room for all of us to gather nightly.. Cooking was made easy as everything was stocked in the kitchen, the best were the evening out by the beach and enjoying the food from several of the restaurants... Super clean and everything was just great... Thanks for putting this trip together..

Great vacation

This place was awesome from booking to checking in. Couldn't have asked for better service. The housekeeping was amazing. The front desk and concierge beyond helpful. Everyone is so friendly. It was the easiest vacation ever! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay for Thanksgiving

Everything from the check in process to the painkiller rum drinks was perfect. The condo has the most amazing views of the Great Bay, and it is located extremely close to the pool/restaurant. The concierge at the hotel plus Heidi were so helpful, and it was wonderful to check in and have groceries already delivered to the condo. My daughters loved the beach and the crystal clear ocean. I would highly recommend traveling to St Thomas and staying in this condo! We will be back next Thanksgiving!

Great Property

Everything was great! We got the 2 bedroom. Lots of room for us and our 2 teenagers. Beautiful patios off each bedroom and extra large patio with dining table off living room. Gorgeous interior and very clean! The only negative I have to say was the lack of staff working in the restaurants. This was an issue throughout the island, but we are even dealing with this issue stateside. The island was very crowded, so be sure to make all dinner reservations and excursions prior to arrival. Our family will certainly return to STT and would consider this property again!

Beautiful resort!

My husband and I traveled to this resort with our 2 children ages 15 and 17. The property and room were as advertised and were accurately reflected in the pictures. Heidi at Concierge Realty was very responsive and easy to work with. The unit was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The beds were really comfortable and every room in the unit had a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was nice for breakfast and for the evenings when we would come back from an all day excursion and didn't feeling going out. The resort staff was friendly and housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our room each day. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub, and also the games around the club pool. We ate at two of the restaurants on the property, Sails and Coconut Cove. Both were delicious and very convenient. I did find the food at the resort restaurants to be pricey... but the food prices on the entire island seemed be more than the USA mainland. The beach on the club side seems to get more seaweed than the staff can handle, but the water is amazing and you can always go to the hotel beach which doesn't get as much seaweed. We enjoyed how convenient it was to rent kayaks and snorkel gear at the hotel beach, and our all day snorkel excursion departed from the same beach. The resort is located very close to Red Hook bay which was nice when we wanted to catch an early ferry to St John for the day. We also ate dinner a few times in Red Hook and did a little shopping there. I will note that even though this resort offers a lot of conveniences, I highly recommend that you rent a car if you want to see the island. Taxi fare can add up quickly. We wanted to explore other beaches so we rented a jeep and were glad we did. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay at this resort!

Peaceful location and property. Spacious apartments.

The Ritz Carlton timeshare apartments are spacious. We stayed one week in a 2BR 2 1/2 Bath in the Residences, which are closest to the pool and beach. Rooms are good size. Beds comfortable. We were on 3rd floor which had good view of ocean from balcony to both sides. The pool area and beach never felt crowded. Plenty of lounge chairs for guests. Beach at timeshare complex is better than hotel side, particularly if swimming. The watersports package is good, with snorkel gear you can take off property. The hotel side has a pool with waterslide, but calling it a waterpark is a stretch. Our teenagers thought nothing of it. The timeshare side did have volley net in the pool, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole game for those who like to be active. The pool side service is a bit slow and seem understaffed. We waited 30 - 60 minute several times. The pool side restaurant serves a mixture of American comfort food and local dishes. OK for quick snack, but in our experience most meals were better off property, which is a bit disappointing given this is the Ritz. Quality did not match the $28 price for a burger. The resort grounds are well maintained. The beach is cleaned for sea weed every morning. The only outdated part was the kitchen in the apartment. Worth noting that the property is not for the eco conscious. There appears to be no recycling. Only one trash can in the apartment too. Overall, we had a good time and would come back.

Wonderful, relaxing stay at the Ritz Carlton Club

We reviewed and booked our property on the Club side of the Ritz on St Thomas in just a few hours. The process was easy as all of our emailed questions were answered promptly. The accommodations even exceeded our expectations. The 2BR suite was beautiful and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable with a comfortable living room and a huge balcony with chaises for relaxing and a large table for room service meals. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great and allowed us to travel for the week with just carryon. We were happy with every aspect of our experience and would highly recommend VRBO and this property.

Wonderful Experience

Having never been to the Caribbean, this was a wonderful vacation. The booking process with Concierge Realty was painless, very professional. The Ritz Carlton was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If I have the chance to visit St. Thomas again I will stay at the Ritz Carlton and book our rental through Concierge Realty.

Ritz St Thomas

Incredible experience .. the booking process with Heidi at Concierge Realty was very easy and comforting to know the reservation was being arranged by a professional agency. All the transportation arrangements were made prior to our arrival. Really loved our greeting in the private Ritz Carlton lobby the staff was genuinely welcoming and sincerely interested in addressing all our needs. The three bedroom condo was incredibly decorated, comfortable and so clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to prepare a gourmet meal. I really liked being on the ground floor since its so convenient to come and go through the patio entrance to the pools. The hotel side of the Ritz is on the other end of the property which is perfect as it provides you the feeling of having all the accommodations from the membership side of the property while having the unrestricted access to the hotel side of the Ritz. We can't wait to return. Thanks for the opportunity to share hope it helps!
