Velkommen til Royal Villa - Palm Harbor!

Din premier høj kvalitet hjem, som ligger i det eftertragtede Emerald Island Resort kvarter, perfekt til din Disney ferie, golf tur, eller "Staycation"! Vi har for nylig gennemført en komplet renoveret til vores hjem og har nu et nyt køkken, nye badeværelser (5,5), fladskærms-tv, indvendig og udvendig maling, lanai møbler og alt sengetøj.

Slap som royalties i dette vidtstrakte villa, der omfatter fire KING MASTER soveværelser alle med ensuite badeværelser og fladskærms-tv. Værelserne er alle af høj kvalitet møbler, sengetøj, friske ark og håndklæder! Du vil føle at du er på et luksuriøst resort.

Den første sal har en konge Master med eget tilhørende badeværelse sammen med et andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge. Ovenpå har Three Kings suiter, alle med private badeværelser. Dette Royal Villa tilbyder også udelukkende beregnet PRINCESS, STAR WARS og HARRY POTTER soveværelser! Tema værelser inkluderer dress-up tøj og legetøj til børnenes fantasi og leg! (Størrelser småbørn til 12 år) En dronning luftmadras, (2) pack n skuespil, (2) klapvogne, og højstol er også tilgængelige for din bekvemmelighed.

Bedøvelse privat pool og jet spa. Villaens smukke Lanai inkluderer pool stole, grill, tiki bar, fladskærms-tv og spisebord til udendørs nydelse.

Absolutely the best VRBO I have stayed at!

The Royal Villa - Palm Harbor is an amazing property! The cleanliness, decor and accommodations are superior to any other rental home I have experienced. The layout of the bedrooms allows for multiple families to stay and still have privacy. The bed and bath linens were all fresh and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I visited Disney for Epcot's Food and Wine Festival during my visit. The location was ideal and a short Uber ride away from Disney property. Being able to come home after a long day away to hang out on the beautiful lanai or take a late night dip in the pool or hot tub made the vacation extra relaxing. The pictures and description are accurate, but I was even more pleased in person. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Great Home, close to Disney

We had one of the best vacations that our family has ever taken! The location of the home worked out perfectly with us having little ones and needing to take breaks from the long days at Magic Kingdom. It was convenient and a short distance where we were able to come home to have our children take a late afternoon nap and eat dinner before heading back to the park for the evening. The house has many features that we were impressed with. From an arcade, a huge lanai with a tiki bar, child fencing around the pool so the children can play freely and the adults did not have to worry. The private pool and hot tub were an extra bonus to the outdoor area. The inside of the house was extremely spacious with 7 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms. It provided the much needed space for our large gathering. Additionally, this house provided children equipment like a pack n’ play, two strollers, and a highchair. It is these little things that they thought of to make life much easier with the little ones and the convenience of not having to buy or bring all those things. Another great feature was the clubhouse with the pool, hot tub, tiki bar with music, food & drinks and the company of nice people we met while hanging out there. It was overall an incredible experience and we will be sure to use this particular house again!

Our family had a great time and so close to dIsney the house was great the kids loved the pool just a great experience we’re taking about going again next year and renting the same house the home owner was very nice and always returned our call if we had questions

Fantastic!!

We had a great first family vacation with adult children and grandchildren at the Palm Harbor location. Everything was perfect upon arrival and location very close to everything! We golfed, sport fished and went to Disney parks and beach. All were not hard to get too! House allowed everyone some space while the pool and lanai offered the perfect social gathering place! Recommend without any reservation to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Amazing house!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 13 family members! All 6 kids got a themed bedroom that fit them perfect and the 3 sets of parents and grandma all had there own big bedroom with a personal bathroom! The pool was amazing, I think my kids turned into fish! They had everything you would need right down to the puddle jumpers/swimmy's for my kids! (I was stressed I would have to go buy some cause we forgot ours and there was enought for all my kids!) At one point we had thunder storm that knocked out a pool breaker and the owners had someone there to fix it immediately! Kitchen had all the supplies for us to cook a meal every night! Can't wait for our next stay at this house!

Perfect for a family with very small children

We traveled with two babies and this home was equipped perfectly for our needs. Baby gate for the stairs, walker, fencing around the pool, as well as the strollers, etc. that were listed on the original description. We were only a group of 6 adults and 6 children but we prepared many meals and found the kitchen had most everything we needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other large family groups

Family Vacation

Our family of 16 stayed at the Royal Villa and it was perfect! Each family had their own king bed suite and there were enough rooms for the kids. The house was well equipped for making our meals there. The heated pool was perfect for our young kids, they had so much fun!! Tim and Stacy were available anytime we had a question about the home. I highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous property, with everything we needed!

It was amazing, had everything we needed for the week! Loved how the kids rooms were themed! The kids loved the pool! It was clean, had plenty of towels, even beach towels for the pool and hot tub! It was so convient to have the strollers available to use at the parks! Everything was amazing! I highly recommend them!

Top Notch

The Royal Villa is a must stay when visiting Disney. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The rooms are huge and most have a private bath. The swimming pool/spa is so relaxing. Also, it is only a 10 minute Uber ride to the parks. The customer service was Top Notch.

Great stay at Palm Harbor!

The Real Villa - Palm Harbor was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house is very spacious and I really enjoyed how many of the rooms had a personal bathroom! The lanai had very comfortable furniture, which allowed for a lot of time spent hanging outdoors. All amenities were up to date as well. I already want to book my next stay!

Amazing!

Palm Harbor is absolutely beautiful. 6 kids and 6 adults stayed very comfortably. We had everything we needed plus more. I only wish we would have had more time in the pool LOL. A few small snags in our visit were addressed immediately. We were all We were all very impressed with our stay.

Perfect Vacation Home!

This is a perfect home to bring your family for vacation. It has plenty of space, very clean, and the owners are great with communicating to ensure everything is working as it should. This home is minutes away from all the Disney Parks, shopping, grocery store and restaurants! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and can’t wait til we go again.

Stunning villa in amazing location!

We stayed in this beautiful villa for just over a week in August, 3 families, 13 people in total. Everything was perfect! We literally can’t fault a single thing. The villa is spacious and immaculately decorated. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and so close to Disney! The pool is a great size and the hot tub was loved by all! This villa has everything you could possibly need and more! The children’s dressing up clothes were a fabulous extra as were the pool toys. The owners are the loveliest people and amazing with their communication. We can not wait to return to our happy place and we would 100% stay in this villa or the new villa! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home Tim and Stacy.

Awesome home!

We just got home from our mini family reunion to celebrate my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. This house was beyond perfect for us, 4 master suites for each of the couples and plenty of space for all the kids! The kids looked forward to the pool every evening coming home from the parks. The house is extraordinary, and perfectly equipped with everything you would need right down to the pool toys and high chairs! Tim and Stacy are wonderfully responsive and accommodating. We hope to rent from them in the future again soon, we had a dream of a stay! Thank you!

Cant get much better!

As most people, we were sceptical when we first came across the Royal Villa Facebook page. The owners took care of any doubts in every way possible to assure we were making a responsible choice. They kept in touch and made us feel very comfortable with our check in, stay, and check out. This was our first family visit to Florida . The home is absolutely beautiful and accommodates for many people of all ages. The pictures do not prove near the size of the home. The home is very large and spacious. No cramming of any sorts! Also, supplied with endless amounts of bath, swimming and bed linen. This saves so much packing! Emerald Island, where the home is located is a peaceful gated community that made us feel very safe. We spent much time at the clubhouse pool. It is equipped with a tiki bar, food and music. We spent our down hours there throughout the week. It was never too crowded and met good people. The home is located very close to all markets, stores etc. Especially close to all of the Disney parks. This was a huge save on time and gas. Of 20 and some years of vacationing, nothing compares to this vacation. I highly recommend the Royal Villa as your next vacation stay!

A DREAM COME TRUE

My husband and I were able to take our three children, their spouses, and five grandchildren to Walt Disney World for the first time. They say WDW is the happiest place on Earth, and we truly felt that. This home gave us exactly what we yearned for. We were minutes(15 minutes maximum) to all of the theme parks, but far enough to get away from all of the crowds. We really enjoyed our pool days at home and created memories to last a lifetime. We thought that this was going to be a once in a lifetime experience, but our grandkids are already asking us to go back! I think we have to come back in 2020 for the new Star Wars land. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Tim and Stacy's home, they made everything so easy. The house was perfect and we didn't need to bring anything from home. THANK YOU

Great vacation home

We went with family for 8 days in May and had a great time. The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus more. We didn't feel like we needed anything at all. The pool was so relaxing and having no bugs was a plus in the covered lanai. We went to the Disney parks and we loved that we could come back for lunch and a quick rest. There is plenty of space for everyone and it never felt crowded at all. Naps by the pool was a plus. The owners are great and helpful with any questions we had. We loved it so much we booked our next stay and can't wait to go back. If you need a place to stay i promise you will not be disappointed staying here.
