From the moment we booked the property it was clear that we had made the right decision. The house was clean and orderly, the kitchen was very well stocked, (which is rare). The pool offers a bit of shade in the afternoon to escape the sun if you wish. even the young man taking care of the pool went out of his way to take care of us. The morning sunrises were stunning on the back deck and best of all, the dogs were welcome! which makes our vacations very special. 10 out of 10!

It’s great to hear the kitchen was well stocked, the home was clean and ready for you, and that our pool team took such good care of you during your stay. Morning sunrises on the back deck, afternoons by the pool, and having the dogs there with you sounds like a pretty great beach week! We know how special it is to be able to bring them along on vacation, so we’re happy they got to enjoy A Wave From It All with you. We hope we get to have the whole crew back again!

Really enjoyed this property. The only negative was that running the pool heater was extra, but that would not prevent me from renting this place again.

The view was amazing. House was very clean. Could use some repainting on outside and better deck to beach. But overall we had a great time.

Great set up, beach view from kitchen, dining area, and living room. Privacy and steet sounds were great. Stairs and walkway to the beach need some minor repair, but work fine. I realize we were still early summer, but the pool temperature was brisk, only thing that could improve was the pool needed vacuuming.

Great family spot

We had 12 people stay for a summer week, including 3 kids under 3. This was the perfect spot, plenty of room for everyone, great accommodations, short/easy walk to the beach, and pool was amazing (shaded in the afternoons for the babies). Will definitely be back!

The home was clean. The only issue we had was the power went out in a bedroom and under the house. We left a message for maintenance but they never responded. We ran an extension cord to the deck to charge the golf cart and we weren’t using the other bedroom so it wasn’t a big deal.

When we got there the house was still being cleaned so we had to wait to get in, but we were allowed to stay a little later when we checked out to make up for it. There had recently been a pretty bad storm and there was something wrong with the electrical. The WIFI also didn't work because the plug it was plugged into was out. This was fixed as soon as possible. The couch had pet hair on it and someone was sent over to clean it and it was fine. The neighbors hot water heater was making an awful racket every time they used the hot water, but that was also address quickly. It wasn't a great start, but each issue we had was quickly addressed and we were very happy with our stay. The house (other than the couch) was clean and well maintained. It was very roomy for our 15 guests! The kitchen was very well stocked and we never had an issue needing anything for all the meals we cooked. The views were amazing and a few of us spent lots of time photographing the moon rise from the balcony. The pool was nice and is positioned in a way that there were plenty of shady spots (for the redheads like me) and plenty of sunny spots for the more melanin blessed guests. The management company, Bask Away, did a fantastic job with any issue we had, and even answered our questions and addressed our concerns during off hours. We would defiantly recommend the house to anyone and would love to return to this location on our next visit to the area!

Nice furniture and bedding. Limited closet space available in 1st floor bedroom, and NO closet space available in 2nd floor rear bedroom (both mostly/all locked up and cannot access for your clothing).Great communication from the management team before and during the stay.Only issue we had was with check-in ... promised 4pm, but for some reason cleaning crew still there and delayed our entry for 45 min (this is the main reason for the 4 star rating vs. 5 star).
