Great location!

Location was top notch. Complex was quiet and easy walk to beach, shops, grocery, park and restaurants. Elevator is near room and parking. Would stay again!

Nice location

The location is very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store in the Coligny Beach area that you can walk everywhere you need to go.

Great Location!

This condo was a perfect fit for my family! It’s a short walk to many restaurants and a short bike ride to an amazing playground.

Perfect location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Breakers is in a perfect location. The unit is clean and we loved the shower. There aren’t many thrills with this unit, but it fit our needs. There is no electronic lock so a physical key must be picked up from the property managers office. Not a huge issue for us, but might be useful info in the listing. Bikes were sadly not included with the unit but property managers made it easy to have bikes delivered. Overall, would recommend and stay again!

Great Location

We had a nice stay at 320 Breakers. The location is excellent. We enjoyed visiting the shops at Coligny Plaza each day. The unit does need a little TLC and another mirror. Three females trying to get ready with one mirror was challenging. Overall, a nice unit for the price.

Not happy with the property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. March get away

Great time in Hilton Head!

Loved our stay! Condo has a great layout and a great view! Peaceful and quiet. The covered parking was a nice surprise. Comfortable furniture, tv & internet worked well once we got the remotes figured out. Wonderful location w restaurants, grocery & shops right next door and across the street. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets need replacing as they are very worn with pilling. AC worked well. Sea Turtle personnel were friendly and helpful. A great vacation, affordable, and we’ll be back!

The real down side was we didn't have a car, so getting and dropping off the keys was a major pain. Taxi's did it, but inconvenient.

Great view! Close to everything!

Had a wonderful stay at 539 Shorewood! The balcony view is better than in the pictures. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. I got around on a bike for further trips on the bike trail . Everything I needed was in the condo. Clean and ready for relaxing. Great views! On a beautiful beach. Management company was easy to work with. Quick responses prior to trip and I didn’t have any issues while staying there- except me losing a key and they came right over and let me in ! Thanks again! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Love The Breakers!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have a great time at the Breakers. Loved the 3rd floor view of the pool and beach! The room was ok. Furniture needs updated and the master bed sagged in the middle. Clean for the most part but needs a deep cleaning. Either was extremely loud on spin. We don't spend much time inside so it met out needs. Cant beat the location!

320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz, in my book, it would then be perfect. thanks a lot. it was the best of vacations. i. hope to return again asap!

Not comfortable

The bed was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was so noisy that we didn't use it. The couch to sit on was not comfortable for more than a short time. The pullout was even more uncomfortable. We will not be staying at this unit.again.

Last minute vaca

The location was great! It needs some updating for sure but it was clean overall. The check-in process is antiquated. Having to physically drive to the real estate office (10 minutes away) on a crazy Saturday afternoon to pick up a key was very inconvenient. I was enjoying a day on the beach and had to fight my way through traffic at 4:30 instead of just receiving a passcode to the unit. No extra trash bags provided so be sure to stop at the store. Remote for the TV in bedroom doesn’t work; minor inconvenience.

Fabulous view!!

We loved our stay! The view is awesome, had breakfast and sat on the deck most evenings to look at the beach! The condo is perfect for 2 or a small family. There is one elevator working to bring your stuff up, but taking the stairs was helpful for us! We rented bikes and rode the beach multiple times, we played golf. The pool is really nice and it's an easy walk to the beach. Being close to Coligny circle is great because you can walk to piggly wiggly and there is shopping right there, as well as music most nights. Sea Turtle getaways was very easy to work with. We needed a couple minor things done, and they sent the maintenance guys right away! You have to have a parking pass which is great, and they have a parking attendant there to make sure only people staying in these condos park there. There is NO OVEN, it's on the site but know you have to be creative with dinners. There is a great microwave and toaster oven. Our stay here was spectacular!

Misleading

I don’t like to complain but this was a bit much. There were no elevators first of all. I broke my roll around cooler trying to get it up three stories. It was just me and my daughter and there was no way we could carry it. Carrying all our luggage etc up and down three flights was not fun. Also they informed us the washer was broken a week or so before check in but assured us they would pick up our laundry twice and do it for us and return it. They never did. So I’m going home with two loads of dirty laundry to do. The price was fair and the ocean close but I would have chosen another property if given the chance.

Fantastic location

Overall I am giving this five stars, mainly due to the view of the ocean and ease of going to the beach! It’s right across the street from Coligny, so walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. It desperately needs a “good, in depth cleaning” however. We didn’t spend much time in condo, so it was ok. However, it appears that the cleaning crew is probably rushed, with too many properties to clean, and just did a basic cleaning. While the couch is comfortable, it is dirty and needs a good steam cleaning. Also, the unit could use some serious updating. The unit next door was being updated this week and we were allowed to see that one. It appears that owner is constantly updating his various units, and put this unit to shame, to be quite honest. Also, we had issues with the bed as well. As soon as you sat on it, the mattress springs made a noise. I didn’t have a good nights sleep at all as I tossed and turned all night long. If you know you won’t be spending much time in the unit, and are there for the view and easy access to the ocean, pool, and nearby Coligny, it’s ok.

Great location, minor issues

Location was perfect for our little family. The condo was not as clean as you would expect for the price point, but many places are suffering from the effects of Covid and that was apparent all over HHI. Management was great, flexible and for the most part easy to get ahold of. One major issue was in the middle of our stay, some people showed up to replace the washer and dryer. Which sounds great! But 1. No one notified us in advance, 2. They didn’t finish in the 2 hours we were gone because the new W/D did not fit. 3. They then came back later to put the old W/D back in but then left al kinds of dirt, debris and prices of molding all over. My 9 month old and 3 year old were not able to nap and it was a huge inconvenience on that day. 4. When they reinstalled the old W/D, they didn’t connect it all properly and we ended up taking home sopping wet clothes. When we tried to call the office at the end of our stay to let them know everything, they never answered and never returned our voicemail.

Good stay

But they didn't have any extra sheets and comforters for the pull out couch no extra trash bags. I'm really surprised that they don't have codes to get in to the door it's not that expensive. But the view was great and the room was clean. If you fix those things I would give it 5 stars but those things make it 3 stars.
