Fantastisk udsigt over bugten, 4 huse til stranden

Salty Dogs er beliggende overfor stranden kun tre huse i den første blok af East Ruskin St. og en blokade g��tur til Seaside Amfiteater. Dette nyrenoverede sommerhus har et tårnværelse i 3. sal med spektakulær udsigt over bugten og en stor åben indhylling omkring verandaen. Omviklingen af verandaen er indrettet med et spisebord til fire og adskillige Adirondack-rockere til afslapning efter en dag på stranden.

Første sal inkluderer det nyrenoverede køkken med nye apparater og en morgenmadsbar med yderligere plads til tre. Fra køkkenet er der en lille bageste veranda med siddepladser og en udendørs bruser. Den åbne spisestue har en indbygget vinduesbænk og spisebord, der komfortabelt har plads til seks. Der er en åben stue med et stort fladskærms-tv overfor køkken og spisestue.

På første sal er der to soveværelser nede. Der er en konge soveværelse, der deler et renoveret stort gangen badeværelse (kun bruser) og åbner på verandaen. Det andet soveværelse nede er en specialbygget køje, der komfortabelt sover fire med privat adgang til verandaen. Ovenpå har anden sal et konge soveværelse og badekar (kun bruser) med adgang til en privat balkon ud for kongen soveværelse. Tredje rum på 3. sal inkluderer indbyggede bænke, et stort fladskærms-tv og en fantastisk udsigt over bugten.

Spectacular Salty Dogs

The location was perfect for going back and forth to the beach, the town, and of course Black Bear! The outside porch and shower were enjoyed by all. Didn’t Disappoint!

The location was perfect as it’s so close to beach and town- we walked and biked everywhere and really didn’t need a car at all! It was also very clean and a lovely place to stay. We especially loved hanging out on the porch visiting in the evening.

Perfect Celebration

We live directly across the path in Seaside and needed addtional room for family and friends to celebrate the impending marrigae of our daughter. Everything was perfect. We could have used better weather but that was beyond your control. Thank you for sharing your darling cottage.
