Nyd spektakulære solopgange over den Mexicanske Golf fra den ekstra store (9 'x 24') balkon på denne 6th floor PRIVAT EJENDOM og administreret hjørne enhed condo beliggende lige ved stranden i Mexicogolfen på South Padre Island. Gangbroen på forsiden af enheden giver udsigt over øen / bugten, så du kan også nyde solnedgange over bugten. Denne 1 soveværelse, 1 badeværelse enhed tilbyder nogle af de bedste udsigter på hele øen. Ekstra stor stue har 2 queen size sovesofaer, der giver soveordninger til 6.

Pool, solterrasse og jacuzzi ligger på 3. sal og tilbyder også uhindret udsigt til bugten, og deres sydlige eksponering holder dem i solen hele dagen lang. Der er også et stort ADULT KUN jacuzzi på den nordlige side af bygningen, kun få skridt fra vores hoveddør, der byder på udsigt til golfen fra en pergola-atmosfære.

Best SPI stay yet

Easily the best SPI condo we have stayed at. We stayed at 2 others in Inverness that weren’t even close as well as others on the island. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The host couple clearly treasure this unit and it comes through in every detail.

Great place

This was a great condo and extremely clean. It had all the kitchen essentials that you need! The deck and view are better then the picture and the owner helped us if we needed any questions answered.

Great Getaway Stay

We have stayed at numerous units at the property but none as perfect as this one. Clean and well decorated with all the modern convivences of home. Great location with amazing views of the beach. Don't miss out on the sunrise view its beautiful.

Relaxing stay with a great view of the beach!

The condo is nicely updated and the view is unparalleled. It’s also very walkable to some good food options and shopping. One note is that the bed is a little noisy and may keep up light sleepers. Other than that our stay was delightful!

Another Perfect Getaway

This is our 3rd stay at Brian & Peggy Sue’s beautiful beachfront condo! The condo balcony view is got to be one of the best on the island. The condo is a gorgeous modern beach chic and fully equipped! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beach Heaven

This condo unit is truly wonderful. Super clean and decorated over the top in marine themed art everywhere. Really comfortable space with huge balcony to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf. Comes equipped with everything you might want to enjoy the setting. Weekend getaway

This was our second stay at the condo. It is the perfect place for a couples retreat. Very clean and nicely decorated in a beach theme. Despite being stuck inside for a day because of Hurricane Hanna we had a great time. The view of the crashing waves and wind was great. We will be booking again.

Perfect in every way!

The location right on the beach was amazing! The balcony was spectacular- great furniture and what a view! Now for the condo - it was recently remodeled and is super beachy chic! We loved everything about it! By far the best we've seen. We will definitely be back!

South Padre Anniversary Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, from the amazing balcony view of the Gulf, to the location which is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is beautifully decorated and filled with all of the comforts you could hope to have. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towells, umbrella, and enjoyed hours on the beach, just steps away from the property. The hosts were welcoming and provided great instructions prior to our visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Best Condo Right on the Beach

I have stayed in this building several times before but not in this privately owned condo through VRBO. The condo has been beautifully updated and decorated and has everything you might need. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner Brian made sure we were all set throughout the whole process. Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We will be back again soon!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Michael and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Peggy Sue did a beautiful job decorating. The ocean breeze on the patio was awesome. Another plus is the Island Metro stops right outside the building and it provides free transportation on the island. Thank you, Brian and Peggy Sue, for letting us stay in your place.

Relaxation Station

More than 5 star experience

This was our 3rd stay at Brian and Peggy Sue’s marvelous place. Our getaway was planned to celebrate our 7th year anniversary as a couple. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with an extremely thoughtful surprise including decorations, flowers, a card, and champagne! Brian is very attentive, easy to communicate with, and wants to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing! Their place is very comfortable, clean, and the views are incredible! We’re already planning our next visit!

Awesome place

This condo was absolutely great. Everything was new and fresh. View of and access to the beach is excellent. Owners were super and very responsive to any needs. Left us a personal welcome note and fresh flowers to welcome our arrival. The only negative Is parking on weekends, the parking garage is super tight and there aren’t enough outside spaces. We will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful views and condo

We loved relaxing out on the big balcony every morning and evening. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We would definitely recommend staying here! We talked to others that were staying in very outdated condos in the same building and we felt very lucky that we chose this one! Brian was very responsive throughout the whole process from the first questions I sent, to booking and updating our dates, to checking out. We also got to see fireworks off the balcony one night.

Amazing View!

The views from this condo are truly amazing! There are not many places where you can get a 360 degree view in all directions on the island. We were able to see the sunrises and sunsets each morning, and the fireworks right from our private balcony as well. The decor & style showed a true pride in ownership, and all the conveniences of home were though of and provided. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend to future guests - you will not be disappointed booking!

Return to Normal

We traditionally stay at this condo on the weekend close to San Jacinto Day. We love the layout and view, the pool to the side rather than in sight, and the easy access to the beach. We've missed it the last two years with the pandemic, so this time was particularly sweet. It is nicely decorated and well-equipped. As just one example, but an important one, there are rugs at all the entrances.

My wife and I got our education in Texas, got married in Texas, and gave birth to our daughter in Texas. Then I started working as an engineer in the automotive industry and we moved to Michigan where we lived for about 25 years. I retired from that job and we moved back to Texas to get away from the snow, and to be able to ride our motorcycles year round. We love South Padre Island and wanted a place for family to come visit. This is our home away from home.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose this condo for several reasons.

First, the section of beach in front of the building is less busy than other areas of the beach. Public beach access in this area is limited, therefore the beach does not get very crowded.

Second, this area of the Island is quiet and peaceful, but you can easily walk North or South for some excitement. Clayton's Beach Bar is only 0.7 miles to the North, and Wanna Wanna is less than half a mile to the South.

We especially enjoy the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Since we are located on the North corner of the building the views up the island are fantastic, and you can even see the fireworks show every weekend in the summer.

The building recently completed a $2.5 million exterior renovation that includes new railings, new paint, tiled walkways, elevator improvements, and access gates to the inside parking areas.

Our corner balcony faces the water and gives views of the beach, and the island to the North. This is a great place to sit with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf. From the front door you can see the island and watch sunsets over the bay. During the summer, weekend fireworks shows can be seen from both the gulf side, and the bay side of the condo.
