This contemporary home feels entirely appropriate to integrate the landscape.



Villa do Moinho II, in the neighborhood of a nature preserve, is just a few minutes from some of the best beaches on the Lisbon Coast.



Set over one level, the contemporary-style villa features minimal detailing yet warm and comfortable, from textural contrasts and materials.



Designed in an “L” shape, it connects to the outdoors and extends into the garden while the floor-to-ceiling windows allow the sunlight to illuminate the region

to flood in.



Aroeira Golf Resort is only a short ride and, a couple of steps away the sports park of Verdizela has something for all outdoor enthusiasts: picnic areas, a playground, as well as sports facilities for paddle, tennis, volleyball, football, basketball and more.

We had a great stay at the villa and would highly recommend it. The villa itself was perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication throughout was excellent, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect

We liked everything. The house was really nice with a great pool. The host also responded really quickly if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend it. 23/09/25 I had to remind Allure Villas regarding the payment plans.

We stayed 6 nights and everything from the booking until the check-out was very convenient and easy. The property managers are very friendly and accommodating. The villa is very modern, has everything we needed and house was spotless. All in all an amazing stay and value for money. 19/05/25 For 8 people, there could be additional bath towels as it takes quite some time to air dry everything.

Great venue for a family gathering. A spacious property (which was needed as the weather meant we were confined indoors for much of our stay) with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite facilities were perfect. The pool looked very inviting, although given the weather, only one brave, younger visitor took a dip! 01/04/24

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa and it is very presented and maintained by the owners. Everything was provided for so this property fully met our expectations. Miguel and Filipa who manage the property provided us with a great service and were available anytime we needed them or had any questions. 10/10 in every department ! 29/05/25 Only thing I can criticise is that there is no AC but we were OK with that as there are fans provided should you need them.

We booked this villa for a 4 night stay as we were in Lisbon supporting our sons who were doing the Lisbon Marathon. We wanted somewhere all 6 of us could stay and use as a base. The villa truly is beautiful, just as described. A perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The 4 double rooms with their own en-suites are spacious, the beds comfortable. The kitchen is huge, immaculate and has everything you need in it. Our hosts, Filipa and Miguel were always on hand to answer any questions we had, both before and during our stay. We even got a gift box from them which was lovely. Thank you both for helping us enjoy our stay. We will certainly consider a future visit.

Golf trip with Friends

Golf trip with Friends. The Villa was superb and it was great that we have 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Plenty of space and well equipped with everything you need. Close to supermarkets courses and restaurants. Transport is required. The swimming pool was a bonus with a BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Any queries or problems were dealt with quickly. Our toaster wasn’t working and Filipa arranged a replacement the very next day. 19/09/24 N/A

Superbly equipped, great location, excellent service

Accomodation was asadverised, clean and in good condition. Kitchen was well-equipped, pool was sparkling with plenty of sun loungers. Location was ideal for touring, beaching, golfing. ALDI supermarket is close and convenient. Filipa offered support and assistance throughout the process, instructions were clear and concise. Great time was had by all! 04/09/26

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.
