Dette Condo er beliggende i familievenlige Garden City Beach-området lige syd for Myrtle Beach. Denne to værelses ejerlejlighed er i den 16 etagers højhus Royal Garden Resort. Royal Garden Resort har en stor udendørs og indendørs swimmingpool og boblebad. Der er en onsite spillerum med spil til alle aldre. Sengetøj er inkluderet i reservationen og kan udskiftes dagligt for friske sengetøj. Check-in er på stedet for nem og hurtig bekvemmelighed.
Resortet har en familievenlig Beach Bar og Grill. The Beach Bar and Grill er et fantastisk sted at nyde en forfriskende udvalg af premium spiritus, vin, importeret og indenlandske øl samtidig med udsigt over den smukke Atlanterhavet. Mixed review

The condo itself had a great view and was very clean, with the exception of the kitchen sink which is grossly stained and should be replaced. The kirchen is minimally furnished. The entry door to the condo looks too dirty to touch - a terrible first impression. We would not rent at Royal Gardens again because of the location and the 2-car passes only with nowhere for an additional car to park.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seabreeze Realty charged 317.21 in fees on top of the weekly rate. 29.71 for credit card fee, 75 for Administrative fee 87.50 linen, and 125 cleaning fee. There should be no linen fee as it has always been included in the cleaning fee according to the Seabreeze brochure!

When we entered our room, it was clean and orderly.WE stayed 7 days, and had a very nice time at this resort. The location of this resort to the local area was just what we needed, to do things outside of the resort. I would highly recommend this resortto anyone who wants to enjoy a nice summer vacation.

If what I stayed in was an upgrade, I’d hate to see the orig room. Stunk like cigars, nasty carpet, I’ll-equipped kitchen. Ceiling falling in smaller bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Jets in jacuzzi would not turn off bc switch was broken. The only good thing was the view and that’s if you could stand the cigarette smoke from your neighbors. The parking garage is a joke. Will not stay here again. The pics on website must be from another hotel.

Location the best

Great location which is number 1 on my list of must haves. Ceiling tiles in community bath need to be replaced as they were peeling and hanging. Jacacuzzi tub would have been nice but jets needed a good cleaning so just used the shower. Now the elevators is a whole different story. They were very slow but they were in the process of getting them repaired. I just told my family that the elevators will teach you patience 😀. Even though a few issues we had a great family vacation and will stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place we stood in was dated and not so great. I would not stay here again. It looked like nothing was replaced. One of the bathrooms that they called a full, in the shower you were barely able to fit a grown person. The air conditioning system was so loud that it kept us up at night and the outside deck was unkempt with old and dirty chairs and tables. Again, we would never come back to this place and stay there ever!!!
