Lorenzo was a great host, excellent communication, Lorenzo's mom met us when we arrived, we were early for check in but they let us leave our luggage before our tour.The apartment has a lot of space and everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean that goes without saying Lorenzo's mom see's to that. The apartment was very quiet and secure. The air worked great, you have three units to adjust the rooms how you want them.There are 3 short flights of stairs because the street is ground 0. Catania has a lot of graffiti as does the area of the apartment but don't let that steer you away. When we arrived, we had our doubt's, but we realized all of Catania is like that. It needs some attention. The minute we started to explore we realized the apartment is in a prime location, lots of restaurants, close to the main square but on a quiet street.We loved our stay!Thanks Lorenzo

Two nights in Catania

This is a beautiful apartment. We loved the space and it was cool and quiet (although, we do sleep with a noise machine). It was very comfortable and a quick walk to the key areas of Catania.

The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Lorenzo and his counterpart were amazing. The communication was always clear and they were very accommodating to any and all of our needs. Very close to all points of interest. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Catania!

Spacious apartment in nice area

While we only stayed for a single night, the apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee stocked. Great location near everything and great communication.

I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this by far was the best. Excellent location, beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, great amenities…seriously, absolutely perfect! The hosts were wonderful and extremely welcoming and communicative. All questions answered within a hour or less and so incredibly kind. If you ever find yourself in Catania, book this apartment, you will not regret it! To Lorenzo and the kind woman who greeted us, thank you for everything!

Apartment was clean and more spacious than I was expecting. The staff was friendly and helped arrange a taxi for us to the airport in the morning. We had a lovely evening and were able to walk to several points of interest in only a few minutes.

Beautifully renovated, very spacious, centrally located

Spotlessly clean and with with every amenity. Close to the Duomo, the Greek Theater, the fish market. Everything walkable. Super insulated windows with blackout shutters. Very helpful hosts.

First Time To Sicily & Felt Right at Home

This was our first stop in Sicily and being a bit nervous we were immediately greeted and our minds were instantly put at ease. The space is meticulously clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. Trust your decision to stay here, it won't disappoint.

Great visit

The apartment was as described online. Clean and comfortable. The location was a short walk to sites in the area. Lorenzo met us at the apartment and made certain we could find everything we needed as well as providing a list of recommendations for restaurants. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Catania.

Excellent! The apartment is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The bed and furniture are super comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. The kitchen has whatever you may need, including coffee, tea, olive oil, spices etc. There is a cute terrace right off the kitchen that I never used but certainly would have if time permitted. It was private and well-furnished. The location is perfect—just a very short walk to the center. It is nevertheless in a very quiet area just a couple of doors down a side street. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area and while in the apartment. The train station is also walkable and the airport bus drops you right around the corner from the apartment. The communication with the host, Lorenzo, was spot on. He was immediately responsive both before and during the stay. Check in was very easy and quick, as was check out. I highly recommend Lorenzo’s place. I would like to get back to Catania and would definitely stay there again!

Catania Stay

Lorenzo was very helpful, he carried our luggage and drove with me to find parking. The apartment was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We are now staying in Rome and I wish we still had the same apartment. Blackout window covers were also a plus. Highly recommend.

Wow! The Best!

We traveled through most of Sicily and this apartment was the best in every area. They provided water, bathroom amenities, close to downtown, friendly, accommodating, spacious, baby crib, everything clean and fresh, and excellent with communication. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment and Concita and Lorenzo. Highly recommended!

A Gem in the Heart of Catania

Beautiful and grand first floor apartment in the centro storico, the heart of Catania. It is located within brief walking distance to the duomo and other main attractions. Every amenity has been considered and thoughtfully provided, including cozy bedding, a well stocked kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area, contributing to its homey atmosphere. In addition, the apartment is spotless. The terrace is a wonderful place for an afternoon aperitivo, an evening meal, or a relaxing night. Not for those with restricted mobility, as there is no elevator, but an easy climb for anyone else. Highly recommended!
