Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and found everything clean and to your liking. Hello Sandra, Thank you so much for your kind review and for taking the time to share your experience! We're delighted you enjoyed the kitchen, comfortable beds, and location. We appreciate your suggestion about starter ingredients; please understand for food safety reasons we can't provide them. We will emphasize that guests need to bring basics, or order delivery from Jerry's supermarket prior to arrival. We're so glad you'd recommend our place, and we hope to welcome you back to Captiva soon!

Hello Bill, Thank you for the excellent five-star review and for choosing our unit during your return visit to South Seas. We're delighted that you found the three bedrooms spacious and comfortable, and that the living room provided a great gathering space for your group. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the front door. Thanks to your observation, we've already arranged for someone to inspect and repair it to ensure future guests have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next Captiva getaway. Warmly, Mary Pat

Thank you for your comments James. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, the location, and access to the beach. So sorry to hear the height of the bed was a challenge. The sectional in the living room has a queen-size hide-a-bed which may have been easier to access. We will be sure to update our description for future guests. Again, we appreciate your review. Warmly, Peter and Mary Pat

Dear Ricardo, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We will share your comments with our Homeowners' Association -- excellent idea to add shade to the pool. We continue to see improvements in Hurricane Ian clean-up and are sorry it impacted your stay.

Hi Erin, We appreciate your feedback and were disappointed to hear about the dirty floors. We are working with our management company and cleaning crew to make sure this doesn't happen again. Hope you had a great visit and thanks again for letting us know about the floors. My best, Mary Pat

Feedback is so helpful -- thank you for taking the time to review our condo. Sorry, you took cold showers -- we have a plumber on call just for these emergencies. If you had contacted us, or our agency (American Realty) it would have been fixed. In the interim, we hope you used one of the other two showers in the condo. We checked into this and the hot and cold labels were reversed. We are having it corrected. Our welcome guide notes a small amount of dish soap, detergent, trash bags, and a roll of paper towels are provided to get you started. Also, to bring salt, pepper, and coffee for your first morning. Again, we appreciate your comments and are glad the condo was accommodating for your family.
