Condo was spotless, great towels, comfy beds. We even saw a manatee around the boat dock.

The host was very responsive and welcoming and had great advice for enjoying the area during our stay. The unit we stayed in was very clean and stocked with necessary items to make it comfortable. The nearby private beach access was top notch and one of our main enjoyments.

Lovely stay here! Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive, condo was super clean and everything was as expected. The only downside (which was not the hosts fault) was that the building elevator broke on our second to last day so we had to carry all our bags down three flights of stairs.

Great location

The unit is in a great location and is big enough for our family. Everything you’d need to enjoy your stay is supplied. Walk to beach, pool, and several restaurants.

Great stay

We had a great time at this place. Porch overlooked the marina and it was beautiful to watch the sunrise. Plenty of amenities to get the trip started. Lots of space and slept comfy

Amazing property

The condo was very clean and the great views of the marina. We stayed last year as well and we’ll definitely be back again. Loved relaxing on the porch and the pool was really close too. Had a great week!

The Perfect Captiva Girls Weekend

We LOVED our stay here! It’s tucked away but close to everything you need on the island. Clean, comfortable and modern. The hosts were very communicative and ensured we had all information needed prior to and during the duration of our stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again when we come back!

Gorgeous beach!

Loved our stay in captiva. Very close walk to the beach. Even shorter to the pool. Very quiet area and beaches aren't crowded at all. Place was very clean and owner was quick with responses to the minor inquiries we had. Would stay again

Relax in paradise

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the bay. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach. Also very close to great restaurants that are within walking distance. Quiet building ina great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Island Paradise

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful and spacious, the check-in process was easy, and it was the quiet family getaway we were looking forward to. The owners had thought of and provided everything!

Beautiful Property

Captiva Island is one of our favorite vacation spots in Florida. We usually stay at the South Seas Resort, but this time we were looking for a more spacious property that felt more like a home away from home. This property exceeded our expectations. The kids enjoyed all the table games, and the beach chairs and umbrella were an excellent addition for our sunset outings.

The accommodation was excellent. Great location and very quiet. Kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion is that if you intend to cook there are no basic cooking ingredients (ie: salt, pepper, cooking spray etc.) so be sure to plan ahead. Beds and pillows well very comfortable. In unit washer and dryer is great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Captiva HQ

Property was exceptional. The 3 bedrooms were large and well appointed. We enjoyed the living room area. We experienced a good deal of construction noise during the day but it was not a major issue. Only recommendation is to replace or repair front door. Thank you for the use of your beautiful property.

Very nice place with a great view

Very nice place with excellent view. Spent alot of time in the screened in porch. Was close to the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk.Only issue would be the bed in the front bedroom is very high. Had elderly parents with us that would have a problem with the steps and also had problem getting into the bed

Great Location. Nice Condo

Property is exactly as pictured and described. Great location, and the property manager was very responsive to us. My only complaint was the cleaning crew did not do a very good job of cleaning the floors before we arrived. Our family always takes our shoes off when entering a home. Our feet were a bit dirty after walking around the condo. Other than that, the cleanliness we very good.

Captiva Stay

The place was very accommodating for our family. We did not have hot water the entire time in the master bedroom so we took cold showers the entire time. The condo could have used more trash bags, salt/pepper, paper towels. There was not salt or pepper, bags, etc in the kitchen. I would personally clear out a cabinet with the extra silverware drawer and add in some of those items for the guests. Overall, the place was great.

Feedback is so helpful -- thank you for taking the time to review our condo. Sorry, you took cold showers -- we have a plumber on call just for these emergencies. If you had contacted us, or our agency (American Realty) it would have been fixed. In the interim, we hope you used one of the other two showers in the condo. We checked into this and the hot and cold labels were reversed. We are having it corrected. Our welcome guide notes a small amount of dish soap, detergent, trash bags, and a roll of paper towels are provided to get you started. Also, to bring salt, pepper, and coffee for your first morning. Again, we appreciate your comments and are glad the condo was accommodating for your family.
