We have had many positive experiences at this property with several 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Mrs. Beata who, instead of admitting that she didn't like the house due to the geographical position (in her opinion too far from the sea), preferred to try to get a refund by boasting that some rooms were full moldy and dirty in order to book a house closer to the sea, in another region of Italy. Given that the house is located only 30 km from the sea, we hereby inform you as follows: 1) During the check-in we inspected all the bedrooms together with Mrs. Beata and a member of the group. The debate was nothing short of embarrassing because, while Signora Beata continued to support her position, her group mate understood what we explained and strengthened our position. 2) Ms. Beata claims to have seen mold and dirt in 3 rooms however: A) it was not a matter of 3 rooms but of two bathrooms and an external laundry. B) it wasn't mold at all but some stains due to condensation in two BATHROOMS with shower. C) in the room used as a laundry with independent access from the outside, the lady saw water stains on the wall due to the fact that the previous guests did the washing machine and splashed water on the wall. Even in this room, despite being a laundry room, there is no trace of mold. 3) All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heat pumps. The heat pump is effective in counteracting humidity and consequently provides healthier air by preventing the formation of mould, both while they are used for heating and while they are used for cooling. This is because they circulate the air in the room and in this way dry the condensation. 4) During the debate we made a video. With a cotton cloth we rubbed the stains indicated by Signora Beata on the wall, showing her that it was not mold but condensation stains and that we would have painted the next day in agreement. 5) Mrs. Beata reports that she saw dirt, however, during the inspection, following our offer to clean the surface of the wall again, Mrs. Beata preferred to refuse our intervention, opting for the definitive exit from the structure the same day. Naturally, we distrust Mrs. Beata for harmful statements towards our company and we reserve the right to take legal action if the review is not removed.

I loved having DIRK and his group of firends! They were great with corresponding the purpose of their trip, they treated my place like their own, and most importantly, they are such warm people. Smooth sailing from the get-go. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again and any host would be lucky to have them!

We try very hard to guarantee our customers the best accommodation and an excellent concierge service, however we know perfectly well that it is not easy to satisfy everyone's tastes and needs. cleanings are an hard task in high season expecially when guests leave a mess everywhere and they delay the check out. With regard to the pool water, despite our recommendations, previous guests used too much sunscreen without showering before entering the pool and this require time to restore values and transparency. Yes the garden is fenced and the village not of course. Internet works very well please next time inform the housekeeper or contact us to solve the issues during your stay not after your holiday. Either way we appreciated your advice and forwarded it to the property in order to improve the service.
