Excellent choice for our first trip to SXM

Loved the property. Location was fantastic. Views from the house and description of property really didn’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island.

Excellent stay!

This home was beautiful and the perfect place to stay! The home is professionally managed and very nicely appointed. The view and pool are breathtaking. It’s also so rare to find a place where each guest can have their own bedroom and bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again!

Clean house. Beach was very rocky. Location was great. Wi-fi and TV options were very limited.

Heinekens Regatta vacation

My group sailed in the 45th Heinekens Regatta and 7 of us stayed in this Villa . We had a great time and will consider coming back . The maid comes every day except Sunday . She keeps this property very clean and it was a pleasure to stay here

Girls Getaway

The unit was very much as advertised. Geraldine took excellent care of us. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable. Great restaurant close by called Juliette’s. Cabs were easy to get for anyplace you wanted to go.

Great stay

Great location and even better views and outdoor space. The beach area is small and not best for swimming but there are some swimmable beach areas just down the beach. We learned all beaches on the island are public so you can use the resort beach areas which also have bars. Small store a short walk down the road with several restaurants. There were some bugs on the back deck area that you couldn’t see until you popped up with bites, so I recommend bringing bug spray. Bugs/mosquitos love me , so others might be fine.

family vacation

GREAT location, I didn't think I would like the cleaning service(that was included) but we loved it and Geraldine was wonderful to us...the whole place was clean and well kept, right on the beach!!! whether you go to sit and look at the water, the ships, or just relax, you will not find a better place.. I would recommend this place to all who visit St Maarten. Restaurants are close enough to walk to: Toppers by the Sea has Lobster night on Wednesday not expensive, Bon Appetite and Bakery great food not expensive, or just grill at the place.. large grocery market is about 1/2 mile down Billy Folley... wonderful vacation place for young and old alike!!!! We will stay there again..... The Albrecht Family

Good location

Good location for easy walking to markets, cafe's as well as restaurants. Despite its proximity to everything it was quiet and peaceful on a quiet road on the water. Unit was equipped with everything needed from blender to beach towels! Spacious and private for traveling with a large family, or multiple couples. Ask for detailed directions it's nearly impossible to find in the dark. We had to call the owners for directions at 11:30 pm, access is down a little road then a private walk, we never would have found it in the dark with out their assistance. Villa has a safe in each bedroom for small personal items.

Pelican Bay Villa

The property has a great location. Near all the local entertainment and stores, yet off the beaten path. When contacting the property manager, Geraldine, she was always Johnny on the spot. The same goes for the property owners, Mitchell and Lisa. They always responded quickly to emails. Very short wait time. The villa was verry clean and well stocked.The only real issue was bedroom 4 nearest to the entrance door at times had a sewer gas smell emitting down the entrance hall and in the bedroom. It was intermittent. I contacted Geraldine about this issue she said the sewer had been recently sucked out. We poured water in all the traps to see if this would resolve it. It didn't. This is why I can't give it a 5 on the star scale. Otherwise, it was a great stay and an awesome time on the island.

Amazing villa!

We were SO pleased with this beautiful villa. We were a group of 3 couples (6 people total), so there were actually several unused beds and an extra bedroom to spare. The two upper bedrooms are massive, with 2 king beds in each room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, plus there is an extra 5th bathroom. All bathrooms are spacious, with beautiful new fixtures/ finishes and nice bath/beach towels; the beds are very comfortable, with nice linens; the common areas are large and well-furnished. The tile floors are beautiful throughout. The kitchen is adequately furnished, although we didn't do any major cooking, other than breakfast. We absolutely LOVED the beachfront patio with soaking pool - it was larger than I expected and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We spent a TON of time out there. Being on the quiet and very private beach was also wonderful - although there are some rocky areas, there is more than enough sandy beach to enjoy. We swam and snorkeled in the ocean, just steps from our patio! Each villa is adjacent to one another, but thankfully we didn't have any major issues with any neighbors (other than the last couple of days, when the next door neighbors partook in some 'substances' which included a very strong smoke/odor!). As far as location - it is within walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars and a nice little grocery store - all came in very handy! We didn't rent a car, but also hired taxis. Would DEFINTELY stay again!

Highly recommended villa for a relaxing fun vacation

We (my wife, daughter and I) immensely enjoyed this beautiful, bright villa for our recent stay in St Martin. The place is terrific and just as depicted in the photos --- although in person it was larger than it appears in the pictures. The spectacular ocean view we woke up to was awesome. The rooms are spacious and clean; with a big kitchen and large dining room and living room. The terrace with hot tub overlooking the water was wonderful. This unit can easily accommodate a family with several kids or two couples with kids. We did not even use the upstairs bedroom suite ! This villa is very close to the Simpson Bay resort hotel, an easy walk. Bon Appetit restaurant was a winner that we walked to for a couple of dinners and breakfasts. At night they have live music (guitar player) that was an added bonus. Also walking distance is a convenience store and a very nice casino. The hotel made many things available and convenient such as their concierge desk --- we took one of their many excursions right from the hotel, a catamaran to St. Barts. Great time. They also have booze cruises and other trips. The place is also accessible to many restaurants on the main road just outside of the resort. All were superb. Also a larger grocery store at the end of Billy Folley Rd. We did not rent a car, and the proximity to the hotel made getting a taxi very easy. The villa was a wonderful place for a vacation, Jeraldine did the housekeeping each day, and Mitchell the owner made all of the arrangements and accommodations easy. He gave us perfect directions and map to find it. This villa is very proximate to the airport and Phillipsburg. FYI, we had Wi-Fi, cable TV (large screen) and A/C in the villa. We would love to rent this villa again in the future and recommend it without hesitation.

Beachfront Paradise.

We love this 3 Bedroom Villa in the heart of Pelican . The view is incredible, watching the sunsets from the patio is quite the experience. The beach is about 8 steps from the terrace. But it was nicer to just cool off in the hot (cold) tub. The place is very spacious, a bit of a surprise when you open the door. One of the first floor bedrooms has a walk in closet and full shower/ powder room attached. The second bedroom has twin beds ( which we pulled together for a King size bed) Huge walk in closet and attached to a full bath. The upper bedroom has a king sized bed, TV and amazing bath with separate shower, bathtub, bidet. Double closets. A washer and dryer are also located on the top floor. It had a fully equipped kitchen, which we seldom used, except for breakfast. There are too many great restaurants on the island and several within walking distance. The dining room over looks the large living room which also has a big screen TV and a wall of windows, giving you spectacular views from every room on this floor. You can't beat the location.... about 15 minutes to the airport. 15 to 20 to Philipsburg. About 20 min to Marigot.35 to Orient (without traffic) Minutes to the LaVista , Flamingo and Simpson Bay resorts. All have restaurants and bars available to the public. The Hollywood casino and a favorite night life spot The Red Piano are about a 5 min walk. Bon Appitit restaurant is also a favorite breakfast, lunches, dinners or pizza are all excellent. The Peli Deli is a small convenience store with comparable pricing to the large Market Garden grocery store. Located on Welfare Rd right before you turn on Billy Folly Rd. to get to the Villa. Geraldine is the care taker and keeps the place immaculate. She is also gave us a few ideas about events on the island. I personally would rent a car, but if you choose not too, there are many restaurants on Welfare Rd. that you can walk to and I'd take a cab back. Don't miss burgers at Buccaneer Beach Bar. Fine dining at Charterhouse. Mexican at Jimbo's, German at Baveria, Prime Rib at Toppers, Seafood at Skip Jacks and watching the yachts come thru the draw bridge at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club. Pizza Galley is also great. But if it's relaxation you are looking for, you may not ever want to leave this villa. We've stayed here several times and look forward to doing so in the future...... You won't want to leave.
