Ocean Front Vacation Suite - Hvalens Tale

Velkommen til The Whale's Tale - et hav-front paradis beliggende i Port Renfrew, BC. Den fuldt møblerede suite er beliggende ved mundingen af San Juan-floden med udsigt over bugten til bjergene i den verdensberømte West Coast Trail.

Gå ud af din terrassedør og tag en tur på stranden eller bare slappe af på din gårdhave og se sæler, søløver, skaldede ørne og østers.

The Suite
Der er et fuldt udstyret køkken, queen size seng, badeværelse, bruseniche og en udendørs spiseplads. Port Renfrew tilbyder en sand vestkyst oplevelse - smukke strande, gamle vækst skove, fantastiske laks / helleflynder fiskeri og lokale restauranter.

Falder i søvn og lytter til havets bølger. Vågn op til havudsigten.

Der er ingen celle service i Port Renfrew, så vi giver gæsterne wi-fi.

Andre ting at bemærke
Port Renfrew er et meget specielt sted. Gæsterne vil se, at området udvikler sig hurtigt. Der er nu en tankstation i byen, General Store har udvidet sin bestand, og der er en række muligheder for at spise ude.

Terrific location on the beach. Good proximity for walking, beach combing, and watching surfers and beachside fishing. Small but clean and comfy.

The room was very nice. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable. But the view! This was one of the best places we have stayed. Nothing beats sitting outside in the morning with your coffee enjoying the view. Easy access to the beach for walks. Man, it doesn’t get much better than this. The only down side to this location is the lack of a decent grocery store. The one store there is isn’t even a good as a gas station convenience store. Better stock up in Sooke.

Awesome Place

We spent 3 nights / 4 days in Port Renfrew at Whale's Tale. The suite has everything you need, the location right on the water is so relaxing, the hosts are awesome with information about the area and are very quick to respond. This was such a relaxing and great getaway for my wife and myself. Such a beautiful and well set up suite, we will definitely be back!

Definitely paradise

Our stay at Whale's Tale was amazing. It is a beautiful place to stay. The weather was beautiful, our host Carol was helpful and friendly. It's our second time staying there and we would recommend it to everyone.

San Juan delight

This was very remarkable stay starting with the welcoming hosts. The unit is remarkably appointed throughout with an outdoor area for relaxation and wildlife viewing. Perfect in every way

The Whale's Tail in Port Renfrew was an ideal location for exploring the coastline beaches. We loved the beautiful view of the cove from the patio and the private beach just down the steps from the yard. The unit was immaculate and tidy, with all the kitchen items we needed. The very nice bathroom had plenty of hot water, good water pressure and soft, fluffy towels. Nothing was lacking in the unit. The hostess was extremely friendly, considerate and responsive when we asked for a suggestion about the area. She anticipated every possible need. We could not have asked for a better location, rental, view or experience! Thank you!

Heavenly Stay

Just what the absent doctor prescribed for my well-being. Both my friend & I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Walking on your beach reminded me of my childhood, playing in “rooms”. Driving out of town across single lane bridges, going to see beaches and campsites-all picture perfect. In my book you get 10 Stars. 🐝

Beautiful place

The Whale’s Tale is such a beautiful place to stay in Port Renfrew. Stunning views and great location right on the beach. The hosts have really put a lot of thought into stocking the suite with things one needs when away. Super clean gorgeous suite.

Relaxing, high quality waterfront accomodation

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Modern kitchen appliances, very comfortable bed and couch. It was great spending dinner eating and watching things happening on the water.

The suite was very nice and location was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very nice. Just a few steps from the door I was able to enjoy some fishing from the shore. We highly recommend this place.

Serene and Beautiful

We stayed here for three nights and were exceedingly happy with this property! The view was beautiful all times of day, no matter the weather. This location served as a great base camp as we explored the greater Port Renfrew area, as it had easy access to the big trees inland and the beaches and tide pools on the coast. We had a chance to speak with Carol and Dan when we arrived and they were very welcoming and provided great recommendations for our trip. The apartment was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook several meals in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Weekend Getaway

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Whale's Tale. The apartment was immaculate, and we loved that we were able to sit in bed in the morning and watch the waves while we had our coffee. At low tide, we could walk down the stairs at the edge of the property right onto the beach, and at high tide, there was beach access only a few doors away. When we returned from our many walks, we sat on the patio while we played games, ate our meals, or just enjoyed the spectacular view. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer to explore the area more, so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the suite to friends.

Whale’s Tale Adventuring

Property is newer and just awesome. The well kept lawn and property gives this rental great curb appeal. The studio is very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen with kitchen island for eating, cupboards contain plenty of dish ware, utensils and cook ware. The upscale bathroom is roomy with on demand hot water and plenty of storage for toiletries. A super comfy and cozy bed with quiet surroundings ensures a restful sleep. And the spectacular view of the bay and opposite mountains is awe inspiring. The owners are very friendly, caring and gracious and want to ensure your stay is a very pleasant one indeed. We plan to stay here on a return vacation.

Exceptional

We have visited many Vrbo properties over the years and can say that this property is exceptional. The owners are wonderful people and very inviting. The property and grounds are immaculately maintained and the view over the ocean is absolutely stunning. This is a great place to stay If you plan to come to Port Renfrew
