Denne luksuriøse 3-værelses lejlighed sidder på den østlige indgang til den gamle bydel, der tilbyder magisk udsigt til det blå Adriaterhavet og øen Lokrum. Beliggende få skridt fra Banje-stranden og i nærheden af den gamle bydel, Hotel Excelsior, butikker og restauranter tilbyder lejligheden det bedste i Dubrovnik inden for en 1-2 minutters gåafstand.


Lejligheden (144 kvm + 50 kvm terrasse) er opdelt mellem to niveauer med 3 soveværelser og 3. 5 badeværelser. Det første niveau består af et soveværelse med eget badeværelse, et halvt badeværelse med toilet og håndvask, stort opholdsstue / stue, spiseplads med bord til seks og et fuldt udstyret køkken med mikroovn, ovn, køleskab, kedel, brødrister, kaffemaskine og opvaskemaskine. Terrassen tilbyder spiseplads med jacuzzi og flot udsigt.

På andet niveau er der et soveværelse med eget badeværelse, et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, et andet badeværelse, tv-stue med udtrækssofa, der kan rumme 2 ekstra gæster. Hedera A19 har ikke en privat parkeringsplads. Offentlig parkering er tilgængelig på gaden nedenfor. Faciliteterne inkluderer: SAT TV og AC i alle rum, et fuldt udstyret køkken, Hi-Fi, dvd-afspiller, trådløst internet, Ethernet-forbindelse, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, vaskemaskine, jacuzzi og et pengeskab.


Beliggende bekvemt på Ploce indgangen til den gamle bydel kun en minutters gang fra caféer, pengeautomater, bagerier og restauranter. Lejligheden er ideel til dem, der søger at være i nærheden af byens centrum. Banje Beach er lige under ejendommen, flere andre strande er inden for 15 minutters gåafstand. Der er en kort ekstern trappe (20 trin), der fører til lejligheden. Kæledyr er ikke tilladt.

This property was fantastic! From the location to the accommodation it was perfect for our time in Dubrovnik. The host was very quick at responding and very kind. It’s hard to find a place that can sleep 6 people, but this place has everything you need for that many people. I would highly recommend!

A beautiful apartment only a short walk from the old city. Be warned, there are a lot of steps from the street to the apartment- I think that I counted 35. However, if you are familiar with Dubrovnik you know that the city consists of many, many stairs. The apartment itself is spacious, has wonderful views and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped enough to make some simple meals and the balcony has a lovely view and a very enjoyable hot tub.

This was one of the best Vrbos we have stayed at. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The views were amazing and the location was fantastic.It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Eastern gate. We were a family of 2 couples and 2 adult singles and there was plenty of space.walk

Amazing Location

Fantastic property, in an excellent location, with great views. Convenient to everything. Beach across the street. Old town and food within 5 minute walk. Beds were uncomfortable, and sheets and towels were very scratchy, with no extras, but everything else makes up for that. I would definitely return again and recommend.

Good stay in a great location

The location could not be beat, and the place was clean. Really nice spot! We asked for a slightly early check in but was not possible. Cleaning crew was still cleaning after check in time. would have hope for better views given some of the photos. Overall good place!

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay and the owners were very helpful throughout. The property was really clean and had everything we would need- even a toasty maker! We did ask for a second set of keys due to the groups of guests staying which was sorted for us. The location is great too, although we didn’t use the beach as it was too busy. We did venture to lokrum island which was a perfect day!

Location, location, location!

Great stay at this perfectly convenient spot overlooking the sea and the old town. The place was perfect for 2 families - clean and spacious! Tons of restaurants and things to do right outiside your front door! The only challenge we had was unloading and reloading all of our luggage from the transport van - as the street in front of the house is so narrow and busy. But we managed and worth it in the end for the convenience of being so close to everything!

I dare you to find a better location

Do you want the beach? The entrance to the stairs to a beach with chair rentals, restaurants and amazing water is maybe 20m from the entrance to the villa. Do you want Old Town? You’re a five minute walk from the more pleasant gate into the city. The villa itself is very nice, has all the amenities you’d want and has only a little noise from the streets. We had seven people and it was very comfortable for us all. We wracked our brain to try and think if there’s somewhere else we’d stay if/when we come back and the answer is no. Loved it here!
