Perfectly positioned

We spent a couple of days in Stanley and this place was perfect. Easy walk to food and anything else you needed.

The personal touch showed with the many small items proffered in the room, which was very roomy. Excellent location, great hints for things to do and where to eat. Thank you very much Ellie, we loved it.

Great location

This heritage property was perfectly located in the Main Street of beautiful Stanley within easy walking distance of the Nut, the penguins, shops and restaurants. It was thoughtfully presented with many little touches that were appreciated. The only negative was the limited cooking/kitchen facilities which meant being fully self sufficient was a little challenging. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous little cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and the owner has added many little treats and comforts. Our only negative was the skylight above the bed, while it added lovely bright light to the room it was quite confronting if trying to have an afternoon nap or first thing in the morning. But we still enjoyed our stay :)

Fabulous

Easy to access accommodation. Perfect location to explore Stanley. Great cottage with everything being provided.

A hostess who adds those extra touches in a location that was perfect for us !

We loved this cottage that felt charming from when we stepped inside. Great location in Stanley. We enjoyed our stay very much !

Very satisfied

Clean & comfortable, with nice extras, such as books, DVDs chocolates, which were all appreciated. An enjoyable stay in an ideal location.

Cosy and comfortable

The Studio Apartment was clean and comfortable ,with extra welcoming touches - chocolates,interesting books relevant to area,extra toiletries. The location was fantastic for exploring the town, everything was in easy walking distance.

Excellent property

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ellie's studio apartment. It was right in the heart of town and close to walking tracks and great eating places. Linen and bedding where comfortable and luxurious. Little touches of candles and scented soaps really added to the experience. We enjoyed the back courtyard and being able to dry out our walking gear.

Our one night stay in Stanley

Great location just of the main street of Stanley yet quiet at night and close to all cafes, restaurants, hotel, The Nut and beaches etc. The studio had everything we needed - was very clean, spacious and cosy and great attention to detail by the owner. Plenty off street parking. We would definitely recommend staying here- wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay. Highly recommended.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment was cosy, very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay at Ellie's should the opportunity to visit Stanley arise in the future. A washing machine in the apartment would be an extra value.

It was within easy walking distance of facilities needed by self catering tourists,shops resturants etc and also the chairlift to the Nut.It was to possible to visit other key tourist events like the Arthur River boat trip.(Good as Strahan) Summary: a very enjoyable stay over 2-3 days.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, very clean, elegant and well thought out. The studio was just below The Nut and great places to see. It was so close to the shops that my partner was able to zip to the cafe below in the morning and bring me a hot perfectly made coffee in our comfy bed - it doesn't get much better than that! If you don't want to spend the extra money for a view and just want a home for the weekend or a week, I'd recommend Ellie's.
