Thanks everyone. The house was everything we needed. Lots of space, great pool, all of the cooking utensils we needed. Thank you for stocking the coffee and tea and leaving the drink coozies. Super timely and effective communication. Would recommend. See you next time.

My family and I use this service 3 to 4 times a year, every property is not the same, but this one stands out, we had a fabulous time and the space was great. Everybody had their own separate restroom. The kitchen was beautiful, fully loaded whatever utensil that was needed. The pool was added enjoyment. We would love to rent this one next year if it’s available for our dates thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your property.Respect respectfullyTim

We would love to welcome you and your family back next year.

This was an amazing house. It was perfect for my large family. Very clean and well organized. I just wish there were more towels so we didn’t do laundry so often. Other than that it was amazing. I loved that they had a 2nd fridge which helped keep all our drinks cold. The pool, hot tub and the beautiful waterfall was stunning. Well maintained home. Also the host was great. I received all the information needed for a smooth check in and check out. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a wonderful review! We're so glad this home was the perfect fit for your large family—clean, well organized, and made even better by thoughtful touches like that second fridge for keeping all your drinks cold. It's lovely to know the pool, hot tub, and that stunning waterfall made such an impression, and that our team's clear communication kept check-in and check-out running smoothly. We've passed your note about the towels along to our team, and we would love to welcome you back anytime.

We booked 5 nights beginning of June to kick off summer. Best decision we made. The pool was amazing and the waterfall was even better. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had a ton of bowls and serving dishes for all of our food. We are already talking about either making this a yearly trip, or even coming at the end of summer again before pool starts. Very impressed with this property. The mountains were so beautiful as I sipped my coffee from bed.

What a dreamy way to kick off summer — so glad you loved every part of it! The pool with the waterfall, that well-stocked kitchen, and those mountain views with morning coffee in bed sound absolutely perfect. We'd love to welcome you back for an end-of-summer return or to kick off next summer all over again!

We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation! Check-in was easy and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.A big highlight for us (other than the pool & amazing yard space) was the spacious bedrooms! 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, which was a big plus for all the adult couples we had.

We were a party of six gathering for a long weekend stay (Th-Tu). The house was clean and very accommodating for all of us although you could see the home had been "well-used". The table umbrellas were worn and torn and needed to be replaced. The lawn maintenance was not done before or during our stay and flying gnats made it difficult to enjoy the hot tub in the early evening before sunset. The waterfall was leaking and as a result, there was standing water along the privacy wall and through the grass that comes up to the cement walk around the pool creating mud along the entire back side of the pool. The mesh on several of the lounge chairs needed to be cleaned to remove the brown discoloration. Poor maintenance of the pool was evident as the skimmer basket for the pool was missing and leaves had built up in that compartment as well as the filter at the bottom of the pool.Communication with the host was prompt and the above referenced deficiencies were noted upon our departure. I believe they would have been addressed promptly if noted during our stay.
