FAMILY SMOKIES TRIP

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The potential for this place to be a super nice condo wouldn't take much. The mattresses are awful, worn, not clean! The sleeper sofa is literally falling apart and super uncomfortable! The location was ideal so that alone would make me recommend it if it weren't for the issues I mentioned. We arrived 7 minutes before check-in but Ray, at the check-in, didn't say that it wasn't clean. The cleaning lady had just started when we walked in, to a mess! Not her fault. I figured that y'all, like the rest of America, was short staffed and that she was doing all she could. I helped her clean, because I insisted. I know that it wasn't cleaned nearly like I had been told it would but we had no choice but to make the best of it. Again, I don't, in the least, blame the girl that was cleaning. She simply did not have ample time to clean properly and I'm sure she was worn thin!

Overall, the property was great. The location is the best part. You can walk anywhere on the parkway, but you’re just enough off the path to be able to escape the crowds. Only thing I would mention is it feels like the flooring has had some water damage. There are several warped and soft sections, but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was good. Great location, clean and felt safe. Only thing is the bed and mattress near kitchen. It needs to be updated. We're average height & weight and felt like we were rolling into the middle of the bed and it squeaks every time you roll over. Also didn't like tub shower in Master, wish was regular shower. Otherwise it was fairly comfortable. We would rent again.
