Making wonderful memories is what it is all about! :) So glad you all enjoyed the cabin and its amenities (and the bear sighting:)! As for the "check-in" information, that is the rental agreement guests can view and then agree to at booking. Main guests fills out the agreement so we have information, if needed. The "check out" information is part of the welcome letter that has the departure instructions and codes for the community gate code, the cabin, the pool room (can't be the same as the front door because many of our guests don't share the pool door code w/the children), and the trash bins. We have to keep the bins locked because sometimes other people try to put their trash in our bins and we want the bins to completely secured from bears-who really love an unsecured trash bin:). The reason we give a lot of information is there are a lot of moving parts with a property w/this many amenities, It helps to cut down on problems and guests having to ask lots of questions (we try to "answer" everything up front:). We have found after almost 18 years in this business it is important to be thorough so (hopefully) everything is clear for all guests so they have an easy, relaxed stay (our intention is to never overwhelm any guest:).
