Ny på leje! Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo på 6. sal i Mar Vista Grande Resort

Thank you for your feedback, Steve. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and resort facilities and found the beds comfortable. We’re sorry the furnishings and kitchen did not fully meet your preferences. We appreciate your comments regarding the balcony, cookware, appliances and living room furniture and will share them with the property owner for consideration. Thank you for staying with us.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the location, beach access, easy check-in process, and even the shower pressure. We appreciate your feedback regarding the floors and cleanliness. Had we been made aware of any concerns during your stay, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back to address them. Guest feedback helps us continue improving, and we'll be sure to share your comments with our team. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to the beach again soon.

Thank you for your feedback. Mattress comfort is very subjective, and while many guests have enjoyed their stay, we understand that everyone's preferences are different. We're also excited to share that the owner has plans to make updates to the condo in the near future, and we look forward to the improvements that are coming. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope you'll consider giving the condo another try after the updates are complete.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad the condo was a great fit for your family and that you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront view, pool area, convenient beach access and well-stocked kitchen. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cosmetic wear in the unit. With the heavy occupancy these oceanfront properties experience throughout the summer, walls and other cosmetic items can show wear by the end of the season, and those items are addressed as part of ongoing maintenance when scheduling and occupancy allow. We were also sorry to hear that you noticed a faint smoke odor upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, and this is something we take seriously and will continue to monitor. Our team was happy to be available and respond whenever assistance was needed during your stay. We’re glad that, overall, you found the condo clean and comfortable and had such an enjoyable family vacation. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Hi Tom - thanks for your feedback. We do wish you would have reached out while you were still here as these are super easy fixes. Next time, just shoot us a text at the 877 number provided, and our maintenance team can assist you with any issues during your trip. Thanks for staying with us!

We’re glad you enjoyed the complex and pool area, but we are very disappointed by this 3-star review. During your entire stay, we never received a single text, call, or message about the items you mentioned here. Our maintenance team is available specifically to resolve issues like a garbage disposal or toilet paper holder in real time, but we can’t fix what we aren’t told about. Our after-hours check-in process is clearly explained in the rental agreement reviewed and signed prior to booking. This policy protects the owner’s property and ensures we verify all reservations in person. While we understand it can feel inconvenient, this process is standard and helps prevent unauthorized or underage bookings. Had we been given the opportunity, we would have addressed every one of these concerns during your stay. Reviews are most helpful when they reflect both the property and the responsiveness of the host, and in this case, we were never given the chance to demonstrate the latter. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns and provide the 5-star experience we’re known for.
