Really nice accommodation for an Ottawa area vacation. Comfortable space in a quiet location. Pretty easy walking distance to Byward Market and downtown. Public transit connections just a block away. Only inconvenience was no grocery store in the immediate vicinity.

Really excellent location within walking distance to Ottawa sites - Parliament, Rideau Centre, Byward Market. Super local coffee shops and Canadian History Museum, River, bike paths all close by. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Noise issue with construction in adjacent apartment was dealt with immediately by management. Would 11/10 rent again.

Pretty nice place to stay, convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in Ottawa areaOne downside was the upstairs tenants tended to always slam the door when entering or exiting their entrance. The parking was not convenient as it was around the corner on another one way street.We enjoyed our stay, overall a good experience and priced right.

The room is spacious, the location is great, and it’s quite clean. However, the bathroom curtain cannot be closed, and the bed sheets are not made of good material — they stick to the body and aren’t breathable.

Just what we needed

My associate and I were in town for a conference at the Shaw Centre. The rental was affordable, clean and convenient via Uber or Lyft. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and cozy. She took the bedroom; I slept on the couch which was very comfortable. Most pleased with the price and accommodations.

apartment in downtown Hull

Quaint house very close to bike/walking paths and museum/gallery/Parliament Buildings. Quiet and clean. Kitchen equipped with basics but nothing fancy. A couple of appliances (electric kettle, bedside lamp, floor fan) adequate but not working 100%

Great stay in a well-located apartment

The apartment is very well located, with a spacious and bright living room, and everything was in place. I had a bit of trouble retrieving the key from the box, but a quick search on YouTube helped me figure it out. Overall, everything is set up for a pleasant stay. If the oven were replaced, this place would feel like paradise. My visitors, especially those with children, absolutely loved the place and had a fantastic time, sometimes a little too much! The only downside was the parking garage, which was difficult to find for both me and my guests. Additionally, the upstairs neighbor, while away on a trip, left their phone behind with the alarm ringing at full volume, disturbing sometimes my peace.Apart from that, it’s a lovely and well-organized place—definitely a great stay!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect close to museum and amenities. Mind you, although I found the bed comfortable I were have preferred a King size vice a queen. Clearer parking instructions but it got worked out. All in all for an older neighborhood very quiet and affordable.

No hot water

I informed the property manager that there was no hot water on my first night there, they said the people in the other suite must of used it all. The next day there was still no hot water i called again and they said someone would be there to have a look. this was a saturday so of course no one came. I emailed again and they said there would be some there on monday. Monday at 4pm i still had no hot water. asked for a discount as this was very frusterating and was denied. I checked out on monday at 4:30pm. I would highly NEVER recommend this property to anyone!!!!!

Nice place.

Great little apartment. Nice layout of the house. Kitchen is missing some items that would be helpful and the wifi isn’t great. But overall a good place.
