A107 is located along the iconic Great Ocean Road within the Cumberland Resort in Lorne. It is a non smoking, self contained, pet friendly and wheelchair friendly two bedroom apartment with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout. It is ideal for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance.

With an amazing large balcony which looks over Louttit Bay, you can relax and enjoy brekkie, coffee or a drink at the end of the day while watching the world go by.

Guests are welcome to use all of the resorts facilities, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, games room, gardens and BBQ area.

All of Lorne’s attractions are only a short walk, Main Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.

All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies to get your holiday off to the best start!

The compact well equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The living room has a lounge suit, dining table and chairs, TV and apple box, reverse cycle heater/air conditioner and to add a bit of luxury its own Nespresso Machine

The main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, panel heater, and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom, off the living area, with a double bed, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers.

Further facts and information:

*All pets must be requested and are not automatically confirmed
*There is a refundable pet bond, $200, and an additional, non refundable, cleaning fee, $75
*Pets must never be left alone in the apartment as it is not a familiar place to them and do not want them to become stressed or anxious
*All pets must be under owners control and be on lead at all times while within the resort grounds and on all common property areas - the gardens and the car park.
*Pets are not allowed in indoor areas, including the pool area, games room, squash courts, reception or tennis courts
*The apartment is suitable for one small dog only one per stay.

A porta crib and sassy seat are available if required.

Reserved covered car park within the resort for one guest car. There is also disabled parking for any guest who has a valid disability permit.

We had a wonderful stay at this pet friendly apartment opposite the beach in Lorne. The hosts were very good with communication and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. My dog, Pickles, have had a great time exploring the great Ocean Road with my parents and staying at his apartment Would definitely recommend any other guests with pet pets

Great little apartment with easy access to grassed areas for our little pup. We love staying at this location because you can park your car and everything in Lorne is within an easy walk. Will definitely be staying again when we get the opportunity.

We had a lovely two night stay, the unit was spacious enough for our family of four and provided everything we needed to self cater and wash clothes. Very tidy unit with a nice view and perfect location. We did a day trip to the 12 apostles from Lorne and it turned out well.

From the moment Chris welcomed us to the apartment I knew we were going to have an exceptional stay. The communication was prompt, smooth and easy, the room beyond expectations with all the amenities you could wish for and the sun filled room with Lorne beach views provided a an excellent seaside experience. It’s hard to have a relaxing family holiday if your fur baby is left at home. We are very lucky to have such a perfect apartment, right in the very heart of Lorne along the Great Ocean Road. Once your guests park their car in the reserved undercover parking space there is not need to drive as everything is within walking distance. We are very lucky to have our two bedroom apartment is such a well known Resort with wonderful facilities. Unfortunately the swimming pool complex was closed for renovations but there is plenty to do, tennis, quash, table tennis, games room, gardens and BBQ. Being located on the iconic Great Ocean Road means our guests have access to all that Lorne, and the surrounding areas have to offer, and are within walking distance, especially the beach. Once you park in your reserved parking spot you do not have to drive anywhere. We are so glad your trip was awesome, it’s what makes unforgettable family memories.
