Condo was just as pictured. Very large and roomy - view was fantastic. Could easily fit 12-14 people and not feel overcrowded at all.

The unit was beautiful and everything our family of 12 needed for a perfect vacation. We’ve stayed at several different rentals in and around Myrtle Beach over the years and this one is in a league of its own. I can’t even compare it to anything else, that’s how nice it is. Elliott Beach Rentals was also the best we’ve ever experienced. We’ll definitely be back!!

We always rent from Elliot and have never had a problem or been disappointed with a rental property. This unit is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Parking and beach access are both very convenient.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

This place is in an exvellent location and the view of the beach is gorgeous! It is very spacious and my son moved around pretty easily in his wheelchair. The surfce clean of rental is great but could use some deep cleaning of rugs , seat cushions and some decorative pillows. Kitchen is pretty well stocked but could use a few pan replacements. Dishwasher does not dry dishes so have to dry them. Also no dish towels or clothes or sponges for doing dishes. Beds were quite comfortable. Need to provide hand towels as they only give large toerls and washcloths. Had to dry hands on bath towels. Overall a lovely place and our family would return but would be nice to see these few changes. , carpets and some decorative pillows.

Hire new cleaners

The whole experience was great the only thing wrong was the cleanliness of the property. I felt that whoever does the cleaning of the property does not do a great job. The property looked to be well maintained by the owner with nice furniture and decor but the cleanliness wasn't up to standard. I would personally spot check my property to see if it was at a level of cleanliness I would want to spend my money on. Other than that it was a great experience and would rent it again if the cleaning was up to par.

Great view

The condo was beautiful, especially the view. We even got to experience Hurricane Isaias from the 19th floor!!! Extremely spacious and great amenities. As always, having stayed in this complex before and knowing this, the elevators are always an issue. Definitely was even more of an issue, given COVID-19 and the majority of people not wearing masks (including resort staff). The only major complaint, given that we've stayed in a different condo under different management in the same complex, is that the linens "provided" are very cheap and do not include hand towels. Also, there is large amounts of mold on the ceilings in multiple bathrooms. Make sure you also get enough keys when you check in. We were given 2 keys and 6 pool towel cards for 9 people. We had to wait 2 days for the office to reopen before we could get more keys and pool cards because they do not have anywhere you can call for issues that are not considered emergent. Overall though, we will definitely be back again in the future. Will probably await the end of COVID-19 before revisiting though.

Hello, my husband and I own unit #1901 in the Indigo tower and North Beach Resort and Villas where you recently stayed. First, I want to say thank you for staying with us and I hope you and your guests enjoyed your visit and enjoyed our unit. Our guest experience is a high priority for us as owners. We also value feedback from our guests and review our in-room guest book, online reviews and items posted publicly and directly on social media. I work hard to take feedback and in a quick, prioritized fashion, turn into indicated actions especially if it can assist with the guest safety and/or experience of future guests. I appreciate the complements regarding the unit style and panoramic views. We are currently on site and have inspected the bathrooms and have asked an engineer to review as well as the HOA. We are unable to locate any sign of mold. We did locate some traces of dust in the fans in the guest bathroom on opposite side of master and cleaned thoroughly. Was that the area of concern perhaps? Again, thank you for staying with me and your valued feedback.
