About The space:

Villa Imuhar is designed in 2 levels. The Upper Level hosts 3 spacious bedrooms (oriented towards the ocean for a spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed) and 2 modern and spacious bathrooms. The upper level of the villa is fully independent of the lower level and contains a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the living area. With the opening of the large, stylish, sound proof and hurricane proof accordion doors, the living and kitchen areas blend into the spacious and fully furnished veranda to create a seamless living space (perfect for hosting large groups).

The Lower Level hosts 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The space contains it’s own fully equipped kitchen which opens into the living area and a large veranda. The lower level is designed to be fully independent of the upper level with its own dedicated entrance and access to the pool area below. According to your specific needs, the villa can be rented in its entirety or in part (either upper or lower level only).

The property is completely fenced, with on-site parking, an electric gate and features tamper proof windows for added security.


Description Of The Upper Level:

The main living and dining area is largely open plan and sits underneath high ceilings. On one side is the main lounge with Smart TV entertainment, on the other side, you will find the interior dining space and table that seats 6 persons and can be extended to sit 10. Alternatively, enjoy dining on the veranda where 10 people may be seated across a beautiful hard wood acacia table overlooking the infinity pool and the ocean beyond it.

The living room and kitchen open to the veranda through 2 sets of large bi-folding glass doors which gives the feeling of an extended open space. The veranda includes a lounge area with sofa chairs and bean bags where you can relax, read a book or sip a drink while enjoying the ocean view and breeze.

The Master Bedroom with ocean view features a King size hardwood bed, a vanity table with stool and large built-in closet with full mirrors. The en-suite double basin bathroom features a bathtub, a separate large shower as well as smart lighting with embedded sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite music.

The first Guest Bedroom with ocean view features a Queen size bed, a standing mirror, chest of drawers and built-in closet. The Guest Bedroom features 2 single beds and built-in closet. The 2 single beds can be put together to form a comfortable Queen size bed. Also on hand should you needs necessitate it are 2 extra single beds for a total of 4 single beds. The 2 guest bedrooms share a large, stylish double basin bathroom.


Description Of The Lower Level:

Enter the fully climatized living space through large glass doors. The modern and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living area which features smart TV entertainment and a large couch which transforms into a comfortable and sturdy Queen size sofa bed. The space contains two bedrooms each having built-in closets, en-suite bathrooms and spectacular ocean views that can be seen through large glass double doors from the comfort of Queen size beds.

Just beyond the glass double doors of both bedrooms, the veranda and subsequent green space includes a 4 seater dining table, a Bali style hanging nest chair, 2 comfortable sofa chairs and a coffee table where you can relax, read a book or sip a drink while enjoying the view of the ocean.

The lower level is uniquely designed to allow maximum privacy, 1 of the 2 bedrooms features its own entrance and a hotel-style set up with Smart TV entertainment, a microwave and kettle, and is independent of the rest of the unit. This layout is perfect for 2 couples, or for a family with older children as it allows privacy and the option of being integrated at the same time.


Guest access:

The entire property will be yours to enjoy, including the upper level and lower level living spaces, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. You will have exclusive access to the 65 feet (20m) long infinity pool, the firepit on the pool deck and on property parking area.


Things To Do Near By:

Less that 10 minutes from the villa you can visit the renowned Sandals Golf Club and the eclectic beach bar and restaurant ‘The Naked Fisherman’ perfect for lunch, dinner or just for cocktails (on a small but beautiful sandy bay with clear blue waters for swimming). While only 15 minutes away you can visit the heart of Rodney Bay, alive with restaurants (everything from fast food to fine dining), bars, clubs, supermarkets, malls, banks, pharmacies and both public and private medical emergency facilities.
Other near by attractions include:
- 5 to 10 minutes drive from 5 different beaches (both on the Atlantic side and the Caribbean Sea side).
- 10 minutes to Friday night Street Party in Gros Islet.
- 10 minutes to Pigeon Island National Landmark.
- 15 minutes to Bay Gardens Splash Island Water Park.
