Excellent spot!

Having stayed at other units at this complex, we found a new favorite! Appreciated the modern touches, like a smart 4K TV, and the tasteful decor.

Perfect getaway on Sanibel Island

Absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly appreciated the modern and easy to care for renovations made to the condo. No shortage of storage!

Great Time

Beautiful condo, beautiful location. Ordered bicycles, waiting on us when arrived. Bought fishing licenses for my boys. Fished all over the property. Beach is an easy bike ride. Ft Myers is close to explore. Great experience, enjoyed local restaurants.

Our adventure in paradise

Our condo was updated beautiful & clean. We loved the location near the causeway lagoons & lighthouse beach. We didn't have to deal with the traffic on the island, parked our car & rode our bicycles everywhere. It was an adventure everyday exploring Sanibel & its beaches, the JN Ding Darling wildlife refuge & Captiva. The piles of shells on the beaches are mind blowing along with the birds, dolphins & the largest alligator I've ever seen! We highly recommend this property for a Sanibel vacation.

Unit 732, which was recently remodeled, is absolutely wonderful! The decor is perfect, it is very comfortable, and it had everything that we needed. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We would consider renting this unit again. We were also very pleased with Sanibel Vacation, Inc and their diligence in responding to a couple small inconveniences. They answer the phone at any hour and sent help immediately. This is huge when on vacation!!

Great condo on beautiful Sanibel Island.

Beautifully updated condo in a great location close to Lighthouse Beach. Condo was spotlessly clean and spacious and is well equipped with everything you could want but could use more closet space for guests. We did unfortunately have issues with construction noise due to the roofing work that was ongoing during our stay which we were not made aware of when booking - I note this is now mentioned in the condo description. However, Sanibel Vacations responded to all our emails, were understanding and did their best to rectify our situation. Despite bad timing with exterior repairs we would definitely stay here again.

Pros - excellent remodel, very comfortable king bed, very comfortable furniture, excellent TV with Netflix, lots of towels, beach chairs and beach towels there Cons - (very few cons) cannot walk to beach otherwise nice location to reach restaurants and bike paths, need better wine glasses and mugs

Fabulous!

The unit was just like the pictures. Well equipped, comfortable and beautiful. Even though it was unusually cool for Florida we saw the Blue Angels and had a fabulous time! The view from the balcony is priceless!

Awesome place!

Only one think to be aware of, the laundry dryer. The vent out the back follows a bend that will trigger the motor to cut out. There’s really nothing to do about it but to stick around when your using it and be prepared to re-start it several times. Do start it and leave. You’ll come home to damp clothes! Otherwise, the place was perfect! I’d go back!

Mariner 732

Well equipped, very nicely furnished, nice views of the canal. No beach access. The bike rentals were excellent for the older kids. 5 beach chairs and towels with the umbrella were a plus. Kinda a pain that the actual rental place was further on the island with a lot of traffic it took a minute to get to.

Spring 2021 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds were beautiful. Easy access to beach and kayaking. One of the pools heaters wasn’t working, so that was a bummer. Condo was very clean and updated. The WiFi in the condo worked for 2/7 days we were there. Not a huge issue, but would’ve been disastrous had our children been there. The ice maker produced 10 cubes a day, we used coolers for the pool/beach, had to improvise. Maybe add a kuerig coffee maker, would’ve been nice.

Highly Recommend

It was our first time in Sanibel Island. Everything was wonderful and easy to get around on bikes. We loved our condo and loved seeing dolphins and manatees daily. The condo was updated and very clean. We will definitely be back and already planning our next trip!

Absolutely perfect rental experience

My husband and rented this unit to celebrate a milestone bday. It was sparkling clean, smelled clean, and beautifully designed. We are not ones who like the feeling of staying in someone’s home. This was the best of all worlds because it was comfortable, warm and homey, but didn’t feel too personal or “lived in”. The location on the island is perfect and we enjoyed the boats at the marina and the bay. The rental company was super friendly and responsive. We’re super picky and this unit had it all. Highly encourage!
