Hi Nicole, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and had an amazing time on the island. On the looks of it, you had a great time and explored the island, great!! It was our pleasure hosting you and we would love to welcome you back to our One Happy Island, truly a paradise. Wishing you all the best, take care & stay safe! :)

Hi Patti, sorry you felt we were not that concerned. We take all feedback very seriously and that's exactly why we sent maintenance over immediately to take care of the issues you mentioned. The piece of tile that was cracked was not fixed during your stay because we did not want to invade on your privacy. Just as promised we fixed that after you checked out. Since it was not possible to find the exact same tile we took out the entire patio and put in all new tile on the patio. The outside curtain rods that were showing some signs of rust have also been replaced. Due to the home being so close to the ocean things do get rusty after a while. We monitor and are on top of things and strive to maintain to highest standards.
