Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the property’s condition did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness, maintenance, and proper presentation are extremely important to us, and what you described is not the experience we want our guests to have. We wish we had known about these concerns at arrival. We have not received complaints about these issues throughout the year. If they had been brought to our attention when you arrived, we would have been happy to address them right away. Our goal is always to resolve any issues as quickly as possible so our guests can have the best experience during their stay. We’re glad our team was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, but we completely understand that this does not make up for your disappointment with the home’s condition upon arrival. Your feedback is valuable and gives us an opportunity to address these items and improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing these concerns to our attention.
