We are thrilled to present Blissful Wisteria, a place of happy wisdom. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully arranged to present an experience of relaxed family refuge just a short walk to Cooperstown All-Star Village.

The city of Oneonta is an artist’s paradise, with outdoor activities, restaurants, craft beer, natural glacier-formed lakes, and the simpler things of life like our world-renowned Brooks BBQ.

Our other 5* properties are the "cottage on Cove" https://www.vrbo.com/3837796 and "Homer Haven" https://www.vrbo.com/3436827.

In this historic town, our open-concept home is a fully renovated, clean, and relaxing environment to enjoy the foothills of the Catskills. The bathroom is brand-new, and both bedrooms are large enough to spread out. Enjoy the mountain air and stunning sunsets from the spacious backyard, or enjoy our world-famous Ommegang beers around the fire pit.

The entire home and spacious grounds are yours to enjoy.

If you are coming to the Cooperstown All-Star Village, this is the closest available house to the park. It is close enough to walk and avoid the parking craziness but far enough to relax between games.

* Summer bookings have a minimum stay of 6 nights and a maximum stay of 6 nights to serve our Allstar families better. Please double-check that your dates equal the baseball schedule dates. Thank you.

Great stay for All Star Village

The property was well maintained, clean, and the owners were super responsive when we had questions. Location is fantastic. Perfect choice for those with children playing at All Star Villege

Cooperstown Allstar Village

Perfect property for the allstar village tourney. Less than a minute drive from the property, you can’t beat the convenience. Rental was clean and owner was easily accessible if needed. If you can grab this property for your week don’t hesitate!

Clean and well equipped property close to All Star Village Cooperstown

Property was very clean and close to Cooperstown all star village. The window AC units kept the house at a very nice temperature. Checkin and checkout were seamless. It was exactly what we were looking for as a place to stay when our son played in the tournament. Highly recommend!

Cooperstown all star village

Beautiful, spotless home. If we are ever in the area in the future we would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the baseball park as well.

What a gem!

This house was perfect for our family staying while visiting All Star Village. Just minutes to the ball fields. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need and was comfortable to stay in for the week. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this home for a family visiting All Star Village!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in July while our son played in a baseball tournament. This home checked off all the right boxes - the communication with the owners was seamless, the home was in a quiet neighborhood, it was stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials, and best of all it was so clean! I’m picky about cleanliness, and this home was spotless!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This house was the perfect place to rest between busy baseball games. You can’t beat its proximity to ASV! It was so nice to come to a rental that had the little things you hate to buy, like foil and paper towels etc. The week we were there they had a freak heat wave and we were so thankful that the rooms had A/C! It was very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication from the owner was spot on! Do not pass this place up if you are looking to rent in Oneonta!

Hidden Gem!

This property was perfect for our stay! We were in town to watch our son play baseball at All Star Village. This home was just what we needed - close to the fields, clean and Steve was a wonderful host. I am passing this listing along to all my baseball families in CA :)

Great house - super close to All Star Village

This house was perfect for our needs. We’re a family of 5 and one of our sons was playing at All Star Village. The house was super close, clean and had a yard where kids could play. We would definitely stay here again if our younger sons return with their teams at 12.

Simply perfect! Reserved from Mon-Sun.. the host called and allowed us to stay Sunday night as well! The house is perfect for a small family. Clean, new and PERFECT location. It is literally 3 minutes from CASV.

Very easy to communicate with owner. Was able to add an extra day for us. Locate was excellent! House was spotless! Overall experience was five star. Our family would highly recommend staying here.

Blissful indeed!

What a place! 5 minutes from ASV and very well stocked. This place is completely updated— a home away from home. The welcome basket was a nice touch! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking to party this is not for you. It was perfect for my husband and teenage son. Highly recommend! Thank you, Steve, Jackie (and Jen!)

Closest VRBO you can get to CASV

Not only is this place awesome, its the closest VRBO you can get to CASV. If your team is scheduled go to Cooperstown book this one fast! The home is recently remodeled, clean and neat. Steve is awesome and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. There is a washer/dryer at the home so it's super convenient if your kids have any baseball gear that needs washed.

Great Spot

House was immaculate and comfortable. I coached my sons team so was staying in the barracks. My wife was at the house with my other son. Super close to facility, very clean and a great little layout for 4-6 people. Did not use the pullout but living room has plenty of space if you want to. Had an issue with bathroom door lock and host was Johnny on the spot to fix it.

an IDEAL stay for baseball families!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. A kitchen table and strong wifi signal made it possible for us to take some zoom meetings. The quiet neighborhood felt safe for a morning run. Driveway parking made coming in and out a breeze. Instructions and communication with owners/managers was smooth! LOCATION: It's a 10 minute drive from major stores such as TJ Max, Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, as well as just two-ish miles from downtown Oneonta. We loved the coffee/brewery place less than a mile away as well as a gym that offered weekly passes. PLEASE note that you cannot (or should not) walk from here to the Village. It's a 2-3 minute drive away or a 22 minute harrowing walk along the interstate. HIGHLY recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.

What a gem!!!!

My husband daughter and I stayed here last week while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village - and what a treat it was! The house is completely renovated and there is not one thing overlooked- it was super clean and totally outfitted with everything you might need- the kitchen and laundry room were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable!!!! The fan and ac worked extremely well. The location couldn’t have been better - it was the perfect distance away from the village and helpful when dealing with crazy game times, bad weather or early morning meet ups. So many extra touches were so helpful by the owners- lots of hooks on doors, the kitchen totally outfitted for whatever you needed and plenty of cleaning supplies. The towels and linens were fresh and clean and comfy and plentiful if you needed more people to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable and the tvs worked beautifully in all rooms- the check in and out experience was fantastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would 100 percent recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!! Great proximity to the downtown area and the all star village. The bathroom had a great big clean tub and shower and was so pristinely clean and welcoming. The back yard was nice and big and there was a beautiful gas grill in the back too. We really loved staying here :)

We’ll be back!

Steve and Jackie’s house is such a charming space with character in a beautiful location. Our family enjoyed being so close to Cooperstown, Allstar Park and so many restaurants. Steve was quick to respond to questions, and had excellent recommendations for things to do and see. Also the place was spotless. We will be back next year for sure!
