Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…the best location, the house has everything you need and sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching the tides and boats was heavenly.

Amazing location with lots of great activities for everyone. The beds are very small doubles, so as tall people we had to use the single mattresses from the other room to get comfortable. Hope that's helpful for other tall folk to know!Otherwise awesome :)

Great place, perfect location

Fantastic location and property. Everything you need in a sounds stay! Thanks heaps for having us. Only downside was the dirty dishes, dirty floor and the filter water just a dribble. But the house is excellent!

Back to our Happy Place

Having owned a property for 30 years in Moetapu Bay Rd which was recently sold, we were missing our Sounds experience so much that we decided to rent Ngaire's Haven to experience our happy place again. We were not disappointed and loved the close proximity to the ocean with good boat access and swimming. Facilities were great, beds very comfortable and indoor/outdoor living was lovely. We shall return.

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

Amazing 2 night stay with some friends. Beautiful location, even though it poured most of the time. Perfect excuse to stay indoors. Lovely warm house with everything you need. Great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lovely fire with plenty of dry fire wood. Lots of games and DVD’s to keep us entertained. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at the property as it’s in a beautiful and a quiet location. The house was well set up for a nice stay. However, we only had a very limited wood supply that was wet/rotten and were not offered a reasonable resolution for heating the living area when contacting the manager. We also felt the fees for the service, linen and cleaning were excessive.

Lovely little traditional kiwi bach

Lovely little bach, all good sized bedrooms. We were kept nice and warm with the fire. Kids loved going out on the kayaks round the bay. There were a fair number of spiders webs and the spiders, but hey, it's a bach that sometimes is empty. All in all we really enjoyed our stay
