This is truly a perfect home to stay in Kissimmee. It's Fully equipped, Private, Upgraded (roof, living room floors, etc.), Clean, & thoroughly Sanitized after each guest.

This immaculate home offers all the essential amenities. Inside you’ll find a spacious and stylish living space, fully air conditioned throughout. The dine-in kitchen offers an abundance of storage and counter space, a closet pantry and bar. We have everything you will need from pots and pans, a coffee maker, Tupperware , Kettle, rice maker, etc.

The Large Master Suite features an ensuite complete with a Garden Tub, Separate walk-in Shower, private access to the pool and Two Large Vanities, holds a King Size Bed and displays a Flat Screen TV.

Second Master displays a Queen Size Bed, Flat Screen TV with private bath.

Two other Stunning Themed Bedrooms are each equipped with their own Flat Screen TVs. with shared bath. Flat Screen TV in each room with access to Netflix, Roku and Disney+.

Enjoy your Backyard Oasis including a covered patio and screened pool. Soak up some rays in one of our loungers out by the pool or sit back in the shade under our covered lanai with some cool refreshing drinks. Plastic glasses are suggested for this area.

Our Game Room is one the Favorite rooms in the house. It is a creatively themed Game Room, with an air hockey table, foosball, Xbox, and board games that will keep everyone entertained.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
The property has a Smart Lock. The code will be provided approximately 24hrs prior to check-in.

STARTER SET
We supply a starter set of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to get you started on your vacation so you don't have to run to the grocery store right when you arrive.

KID FRIENDLY
We offer a pack and play, Disney approved double stroller, kid friendly dinnerware and a high chair for your convenience.

POOL/SPA HEAT
To warm the pool and tub comes with an additional cost of $30 per day. Pool heat is recommended from the end of Oct to mid-April. Please make reservation 24 hours in before you arrive (pool/ tub takes 24 hours to be warmed up).

POOL RULES
Diving, horseplay, or running around the pool area is prohibited. Children and non-swimmers should have adult supervision at all time. There is no lifeguard on duty and it is a major condition of this reservation that the use of the rental property and pool is entirely at the guest’s risk.

BBQ GRILL
There is a $50 One Time/Per Stay charge to use the BBQ Grill.

NON-SMOKING HOUSE
Not allowed neither inside the house nor in the pool area. No e-cigarettes allowed.

NO EVENTS
Our home is not meant to be used to host big parties or social/group gatherings. Only guests whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. Any guest having a party or social/group gathering in the home or exceeding the number of authorized people will be evicted without refund.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please observe trash collection days and place them in the home trash containers daily to keep a clean home.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Cameras posted outside the property for the protection of guests & hosts.

OTHER NOTES
