Nye "drivved" fliser på gulv og maling overalt. Intet tæppe. Nye skabe og bordplader, nye forfængelighed på badeværelset, nye møbler, nye loftsventilatorer og ny indretning. Gulf Shores Plantation er en udvej beliggende i det fredelige Fort Morgan-område i Gulf Shores, Alabama. Udvej har 7 puljer inklusive en ny indendørs pool, oplyste tennisbaner, sauna, boblebad, fitnessfaciliteter, hesteskohul, putgrønt, basketballbane, sandvolleyball og tre boardwalks til stranden. Vores urfyldte strand er meget rummelig med sukker hvidt sand og vores berømte smaragdvand. Vi har 24/7 sikkerhed på vagthuset, når vi kommer ind i byen. Sen indtjekning er velkommen. Den højt rangerede Kiva Dunes Golf Club ligger i gåafstand og udsigt over banen og bugten kan ses fra vores 5. sal enheds bageste indgang. Ny på Gulf Shores Plantation er en restaurant med fuld service på ejendommen. Der er andre restauranter, der er bekvemt placeret inden for 5 minutter fra feriestedet og et fuldt udstyret køkken, hvis du foretrækker at være i måltiderne. Spis alfresco på vores enorme 8 'x 23' balkon.

Vores Condo er udstyret med en ny kommerciel kvalitet vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, 2 linned skabe, en foyer skab, soveværelse skabe, fuld størrelse køkken inkl. Opvaskemaskine og mikroovn, en konge seng i soveværelset, og 2 tvillinger, der kan skubbes sammen i gæsteværelse. Alle skabe er tilgængelige til brug for gæsterne. Vi har en ny dronning sovesofa, en ny dagsseng og et indbygget computer skrivebord i stuen. Sover 7.

Vi accepterer reservationer nu for begge enheder. Vores VRBO-nummer er 929518 og 866229. Vi køber og rehabiliterer kun enheder med fantastisk udsigt og korte gåture til stranden uden veje eller parkeringspladser at krydse.

Perfect fit

I brought my grand daughters down from Ohio. They wanted to go to the beach for vacation. If your goal is to have maximum beach time this is the place. Far enough away from the commercialized beach and distractions. The only restaurant around is on site but very pricey for a family. Plenty of outdoor grills and a full kitchen. Overall a great place to stay. Will come back in the future.

Annual Sister Trip

The condo location is perfect. The condo is very clean, roomy and comfortable. I love the huge balcony. We have been on numerous "Sister Trips" to the beach and this is the overall best condo for us. We had a blast and look forward to returning next year!

A much needed weekend getaway!!!

We LOVE coming to Plantation Palms in Ft. Morgan!! It’s not over crowded, the views are wonderful, the beach is just perfect not a far walk to get there. Our host Liz was AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend staying at her place. She communicated very well and responded almost immediately!! Highly Highly recommend staying at her place!!!

Family trip

We had a great time! The condo was perfect, it was very clean, had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very nice. Liz was very easy to work with and responded to all my questions immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful view of the ocean on the large balcony. Furnishings matched the listing (kitchen was fully furnished and the chairs on the beach were very nice to be included in stay) and a bonus was we found an egg crate in the closet to put on the twin bed to make it softer (thank you for furnishing!). Liz is very fast to answer any question and very nice. Would love to stay again if in the area.

Everything was great! Location was perfect. The beach and pool were very easy to get to. Loved that two beach chairs and an umbrella was included we used them everyday. Everything was just so easy and very relaxing. We loved it!

Wonderful stay

Liz was very pleasant, easy to reach, and in touch early, she contacted me shortly after booking. She was very informative and answered any questions I had prior to our visit. She made sure we got all documents, parking pass, and check in info to ensure smooth process on arrival. We had an unforeseen issue the night prior to arrival and had to postpone leaving for our trip by a day, Liz was kind enough to try to extend our visit by a day, unfortunately the condo was booked already and we had prior engagements to get back home for. But she didn’t have to offer this and the thought was appreciated.The property was very nice and clean. There were many restaurants close by and a few walking distance as they were located on the property. The property kept our 3 teenage boys stimulated and entertained. They had access to basketball, pickle ball, sand volleyball, 3 pools, and the beach keeping our teenagers busy. Sports Equipment check out/in was easy at the security check in. We had one rainy day and went to gulf shores which was a short drive with many activities to occupy 3 teenage boys. The beach service chairs/umbrella were a nice convenience and pleasant staff. Available for guests on the beach next to our beach chairs were also jet ski rentals, parasailing, and banana boat rides (these were extra cost).We had a great overall experience, I would come back, and recommend to others! It’s definitely not overpopulated or crowded. In a peaceful, family oriented area.

4th of July family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was amazing and had everything you could need. The beach chairs snd umbrella was a definite bonus! We also enjoyed having all the pools, tennis/pickleball courts and even the shuffleboard with being able to borrow the equipment to play at the check in station.. Liz was great at answering questions about the resort too!

Was a nice place for vacation,loved everything at the place except In my opinion the bathroom/ shower in the unit are small ,shower heads needs updating and beds very uncomfortable hard to get a good night sleep,definitely needs updating on mattresses, besides that nice place

Great experience on our girls trip

We recently stayed at Liz’s property and we absolutely had the best time! The condo is decorated so well, everything is new and very clean and was very spacious for 7 adult women. We were very pleased with all aspects of the condo, the location in proximity to the beach and parking lot, the balcony (it’s huge!), the comfort of the beds and couches, the temperature of the condo, and the ease in which we checked in. We will be staying here in the future, it was great!!

Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the cleanliness, the lay out, amenity’s and the balcony view. My 2 kids and I were so comfortable in the condo we would just hang out in the room or balcony rather than go down to the beach sometimes. We truly felt at home.

Great getaway!

We had a great time and this was the perfect condo for our quick trip to the beach! The décor is peaceful, recently renovated, and clean, quiet, and perfect! The pools and hot tub at the facility were great, and it is an easy walk to the beach. Balcony views were wonderful, and we very much enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend! Will come again! Thank you!

It was a coastal playground!

We enjoyed napping and relaxing on the balcony. It was much larger than other condos in the area. There was an array of things to do: tennis, pickleball, golf, hot tubs, pools, indoor pools, volleyball, walks on the entire resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. It was recently remodeled and redecorated. We will return!

Large updated perfect condo with an amazing balcony!!

I've been staying at GSP for nearly ten years and this is the nicest condo I've rented yet. It was perfectly updated and decorated. It had all of the amenities of home and was easy to baby proof with great floors for my one year old to play on. The balcony was huge and had beautiful direct views of the ocean. Liz was a breeze to book with. I couldn't be happier and will be returning in the future!

Amazing Views; Perfectly Decorated; Like New

We have stayed at three condos at Gulf Shores Plantation now. This condo is by far our favorite! Liz is a joy to work with! The condo had an awesome view of the ocean and beach! The condo has been recently renovated. I loved the furniture, flooring, cabnetry and especially the artwork placed throughout the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. Additionally, the patio furniture provided comfortable seating while we sat outside and enjoyed the mild weather. I highly recommend this unit and plan to rent again.

Top notch!

The location, the condo, the beach, the amenities were all amazing! So glad we chose Gulf Shores Plantation for our trip. We wanted something out from the hustle and bustle and could not have been happier. The condo is on the 5th floor and felt just right to enjoy the large patio and views of the ocean. We loved the quick access to the beach and the many pools to choose from. We also enjoyed a fishing charter, kayaking, and traveling to Dauphin island which are all close by. Also the decorating in the condo was gorgeous and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need! Even a mini dish soap and sponge to do dishes :) The washer and dryer also came in handy! Thank you Liz and Mike for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We already miss Gulf Shores and cannot wait to get back again!

Great Condo

Wonderful relaxing vacation home! Loved that it was just like pictures on the website. Had everything our family needed for a relaxing week of beach time. Condo is very clean. Liz was very nice and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Loved the spacious patio and enjoyed breakfast on the Adirondack furnishings. If I were to suggest anything additional, it would be to purchase different mattresses for both bedrooms - wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was rather uncomfortable after a few nights. I did try the egg crate topper that was in the closet, but it still was not a good nights rest. After our daughter and her family left we moved to master Bedroom. I would recommend this condo as the good outweighs the bad- phenomenal views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom.

We are real estate investors and the name of our company is Mosstown Properties, LLC. Mike and I are very choosy about which properties to purchase and rehab.
We take pride in our work and enjoy staying in our condos, too so we check on our properties often and get any repairs underway quickly. We enjoy "do it yourself" projects!

We are both graduates of LSU and self employed in the construction and real estate industries. We enjoy watching football and baseball and we play tennis and ping pong. We both grew up in Baton Rouge, LA and attended LSU there in the early 80's.

We purchased this property October 5, 2016 because of the fantastic view
of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th floor balcony which is 8' deep and 23' feet wide.
The beach is wide and uncrowded with sugar white sand and emerald water. This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer which is an added convenience for our guests.
Gulf Shores Plantation is located away from the congestion and hustle/bustle of the city of Gulf Shores. Our guests can expect a relaxing vacation with a location that can't be beat for beach lovers.

Gulf Shores Plantation is outside the city limits of Gulf Shores. Therefore, you will pay only 6% lodging tax. The Fort Morgan area is not crowded and the roads are well maintained. There is not a traffic light for miles while driving on Highway 180. Our condo sits on a peninsula that juts out into the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. There are water views for 18 miles. In some areas, you can stand on the beach and see the waters of Mobile Bay.
