BEST STAY EVER IN PV.......

My husband and I have been to PV many times over the past 30 years BUT this stay was the best for LOCATION! PLUS the condo is beautiful with luxury all around us. Andrew and his property manager are a dream to work with.....they made everything easy from check in to check out.

Amazing place, amazing location

We loved our stay. The place was elegant, the pool was wonderful, and the location was perfect. I went out every morning for a walk on the beach and around town, while my husband and our 6-year-old lounged around on the patio enjoying the amazing views of the bay and town. We went to the pool almost daily. In the evening, activities are plenty, and choices unlimited - all within walking distance. We will definitely go back.

Great condo in a great location

Thanks for sharing your lovely condo. We love staying in the romantic zone and this was a wonderful condo.........complete with everything one would need to make the vacation comfortable. One of the best things about this condo is that it's not one of those long, narrow condos.........it's very large and not at all claustrophobic.

We love our vacations in PV and Molina de Agua is the place to stay!

We would highly recommend this Unit as the Owner and Management Are so welcoming and accommodating! The Condo is perfectly set up to enjoy a day on the patio with breathtaking views both day and night, or to prepare a fabulous dinner for an evening in. The unit is sparkling clean and the security in the building is second to none. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Condo

Condo was everything we had hoped for. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, well equipped, and the views were spectacular. The owner, Andrew, was great to work with and Alicia, the property manager, was very responsive and friendly.

Cool condo with primo location

The condo is well located in the romantic zone and near old town. The views of the bay are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio every evening. One afternoon there was a pod of whales right off shore!

Great Stay!

Fantastic Condo with some of the best views in PV! The condo was outfitted perfectly with lots of things to do for our teenage kids, and the complex is the most well maintained of any we have stayed at in Puerto Vallarta. Best location in town as well. Would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, Clean, Well Appointed...

Andrews condo was a perfect haven, the space was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the condo is located right in the heart of where you want to be and you can not beat the views. The check in process was a breeze management goes over the top to help and genuinely has your best interest at heart. Spacious enough to have alone time and awesome seating areas to gather together. Including the pool area which is immaculate with lots of hang out zones. The Building site is well maintained and very clean. Can’t go wrong with this condo.

Great Place, great location

A nice, comfortable fully equipped condo. I had one guest with me for a few days and then just myself. Lots of room and everything I needed was there. Property and unit is in excellent shape. Location was convenient. Beach out front is rocky but nice beach just a very short walk away. Stores, restaurants all very close.

Perfect stay in PV

We have been to PV many times but this was our first stay in Molino de Agua. Fabulous location, condo has everything needed to enjoy your stay including boogie boards, which our teens loved. Great views and very comfortable accommodations. Owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would love to come back sometime! Thank you for a fabulous week away!

A CASTLE IN THE AIR

OF ALL THE CONDOS I HAVE RENTED IN THE LAST 10 YEARS, THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST MAGNIFICIENT AND THE MOST SOPHISTICATED ONE. FIRST, ITS LOCATION IN PUERTO VALLARTA IS SUBERB AS IT IS RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL PROMENADE NEXT TO THE PACIFIC OCEAN. FROM THE CONDO, YOU HAVE EASY ACCESS TO ALL OF THE WONDERUL AMENITIES PV HAS TO OFFER. SECOND, THE VIEW FROM THE CONDO IS BREATHTAKING, AND THE WORD IS FEEBLE. EVERY TIME YOU ENTER THE APARTMENT, YOU HAVE THE WONDERFUL SENSATION OF FLOATING IN THE AIR ABOVE THE PACIFIC OCEAN. THIRD, THE CONDO ITSELF IS MODERN, WELL APPOINTED AND LARGE. IT HAS BEEN DECORATED WITH A SUTTLE BEACH FEELING AND THE EFFECT IS VERY RELAXING. ALL THE WINDOWS OF THE BEDROOMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED, INSURING YOU A VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL SLEEP. THIS IS A MUST IN A CITY AS FESTIVE AS PV AND IT IS WORTH GOLD. FOURTH, THE BUILDING COMPOUND IS SIMPLY GORGEOUS. IT IS A WALLED COMPOUND WHICH INCLUDES A HEATED OMLYMPIC-SIZE POOL, SEVERAL PATIOS TO TAKE THE SUN, AN INCREDIBLY HUGE GARDEN AND A GOOD SIZED GAZEBO FROM WHICH TO CONTEMPLATE THE AMAZING GARDEN. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN THIS TYPE OF CONTEMPLATION FOR THE SOUL! FIFTH, TO TOP IT ALL, THERE IS ALWAYS A HEAVENTLY BREEZE FLOWING THROUGHOUT THE COMPOUND AND THE CONDO. YES IT IS TRUE THAT YOU CAN ENTER PARADISE WHILE STILL LIVING! THE BEAUTY OF IT IS THAT MY STAY IN ANDREW'S CONDO WILL REMAIN WITH ME FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Exceptional Vacation Home!

We have been coming to PV for 20 years and this was by far the most incredible place I have ever stayed. The condo was beautifully decorated, so spacious with a large balcony with unbelievable ocean views! It was the perfect home away from home for my husband and I and our two children. It was spotless, had everything you could possibly need-all amenities to feel like you were in your own home. Andrew was such a gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I hope I am lucky enough to stay here again and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in PV.

All the amenities in the perfect location!

We just returned from a week in this amazing condo. We have been vacationing in PV for 20 years and have stayed in many different condos and hotels. This is by far our favorite. It was my husband and myself and our 13 year old daughter and 10 year old son. The condo is so huge and has everything in it you could ever need. This is a HUGE deal to us. We have stayed in condos for up to a month down here and had to go to Walmart to buy a ton of items needed. There are many "rental only" condos in PV that have the bare minimum for guests as far as kitchen items, extra linens, etc. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed that this place had EVERYTHING! Plenty of cooking utensils, serving dishes, pool toys, puzzles...even down to the coffee and coffee grinder. We did not have to purchase a single item for our stay!!!!(except some groceries of course). Our kids enjoyed having their own room with 2 separate beds and they liked the separate media room with the TV to watch Netflix in the evenings. My husband and I enjoyed just sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the view! As far as location in town is just doesn't get any better than this condo...all of our favorite restaurants are within walking distance...including some amazing taco stands that we frequented quite often in the late evenings! The pool and grounds are gorgeous and expansive, something that you don't get anywhere else in Old Town. There is 24 hour security that knew us well by our 2nd day there. This 10th floor location is perfect in the middle buildings. We kept our giant sliders to the huge patios open the entire length of our stay (all day and all night) and we never even had to use the AC because of the wonderful breeze going through the condo. The parking is also quite convenient if you have a car...the space is literally right beside the elevator. The property manager, Alicia was super nice and helpful and quick to respond via email if we ever needed her...which we really didn't...but it was nice knowing that she would get back to us quickly. I just can't say enough great things about this condo...I didn't want to leave!

Amazing Place with incredible views!

We had a fantastic time while staying here! From the views to all the amenities that were available to us in the condo, and the close proximity to all the shops and good eats! The owner, Andrew was also very easy to communicate with as well, as he made several suggestions and answered my messages in very timely manner. I've been visiting Mexico every year for the past 15 years now, and this was by far our favorite place to stay at. Thank you again for having us and we will plan on being their again next year!

Photos don't do it justice!

We've travelled a lot, rented lots of VRBO's, we're VERY picky and this one was jaw-dropping. The 35 foot veranda overlooking the water and the city including the sunset each evening and the fireworks every night was spectacular. The unit is comfortably furnished and Andrew was a most helpful host offering many great restaurant recommendations. It would've been nice to have more cable access but who wants to watch a lot of TV when you can sit on the 10th floor veranda and watch the view? We stayed for a month and both worked while we vacationed so the high speed internet connection and the availability of a printer were wonderful bonuses. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds impeccable. PV is safe and totally walkable; the locals are friendly and honest. We looked at other properties in PV and nothing even comes close. Molina de Agua has spoiled us forever. We'll come back next year but only if we can stay here!
