NY! Rummeligt Ocean Pines House m / privat boblebad

Hi Derrell, while we appreciate constructive feedback, we don't feel this rating is warranted. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We typically receive outstanding reviews on our home and take great pride in the cleanliness and condition of our home. We're glad your stay started well and the home was clean with no issues on arrival, including being able to enter the property without problem using the correct access code provided in advance to you before your arrival. - For the main issue of the TVs, we understand that you thought our house had cable. We do not advertise having cable. Instead, we have adopted the current hi-tech industry standards by paying extra to provide high-speed internet for our guests so they can enjoy the streaming of their choice. We have also provided smart TVs in every bedroom, and in the Living Room area. A smart TV allows you to connect to the internet and use your streaming applications and devices. You mentioned to us that you had Hulu, but when you couldn't get on it, we kindly offered you our streaming application. Despite our efforts to get you on the account, you stopped answering us and we, therefore, concluded you had found the game for free with live streaming on CBS. - For the hot tub, we called you within minutes of your text about it and explained the simple process to reset it, you indicated at that time you did not plan to use it anyway until the next day. We sent someone over early the next morning at 9 am to make sure all was in working order and they found the hot tub to be working perfectly fine and it was 104 degrees. - We apologize if you felt there was any miscommunication about the check-in code, however, as you mentioned, there was no issue with not being able to access the property at any point. We are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to continuing this by hosting many satisfied guests in the future!
