Home away from home

Wonderful stay at this cozy cottage located one block from the beach. The bikes provided were perfect for cruising around town and visiting different beaches. We will definitely be back!

Lovely space with access to laundry in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Walking distance to activities and restaurants. Parking space available, however we never needed it since street parking was plentiful. We look forward to our next visit.

The cottage is in a great location, close to the harbor and beaches. It was very clean and well equipped. We had problems with the tv which were remedied only after a couple of days. Some of the furnishings are a bit tired and should be refreshed, and the materials in the Welcome Book need to be updated.

Decor is so cute and comfortable, house is very well stocked and cozy, location is great, welcome book had great recommendations! Loved our stay!

My wife and I stayed at a quaint, nostalgic beach house in Santa Barbara that felt like a classic, private seaside retreat. Even though it was quite old, it had a modern, homey feel and was conveniently close to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, it was just a great and peaceful experience.

Great little cottage

We had a nice stay (3 of us). It was perfect in that my daughter had her own space with a daybed. The area is amazing and close to everything but on a nice quiet street. Perfect amount of space for us.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

The cottage was perfect! Clean, comfortable and a perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. I highly recommend the cottage and can’t wait to return. We liked it so much we booked an extra night there at the end of our trip!

Lovely place

We absolutely loved everything about this property. Location, charm, privacy, friendly neighbors and authentic Santa Barbara atmosphere. Perfect for a couple or a solo getaway. This is a great place to stay during Fiesta! Can't beat one block away from the parades.

Wonderful!

Captain’s Cottage was perfect! Really well located-one block from the beach and two blocks from State Street. It was as cute as it looks in the photos. Great little backyard. Nice, big bathroom. Extremely helpful and communicative property . We loved our stay!

A lovely and excellently-maintained apartment in Santa Barbara's charming West Beach neighborhood, close to the beach (one block) and convenient (five blocks) to the neighborhood grocery and wine stores.I've been coming to Santa Barbara regularly for the past 14 years, but I now schedule my trips around the availability of this particluar unit. This was my second visit, already, and I'm eager to book a return visit.
