The place is in a great location if you like privacy and quiet , house is very spacious, we had more than enough room , had a toilet that leaked but i notified David and it was repaired quickly , the only issue that we had which was minor was a few of the wall switches and/or lights/ceiling fan either didn’t work or worked but only stayed on 1 setting or 1 speed , other than that , we enjoyed our stay !!!!

This is the second time in 3 years we've rented this place and each time has been amazing. Very clean and modern! You're only minutes for the parks, if that's your thing, or for us it was about sitting outside under the screened in pool and relaxing. Everything you need is there and close to the interstate, wal-mart, great dining, and access to beaches. Dave and Aaron were extremely responsive and this is why we continue to come back. Just a great place that is safe, fun, clean, and nice.

Perfect for families or large groups!

Everything was clean, the house had everything we needed, and lots of room. We had great communication with the owner as well as the manager of the property. 10 ouy of 10 Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!!

Lovely

Was a very nice home. Very quiet neighborhood. Very private yard which was lovely to swim in the pool with no interruptions from neighbors.

Nice place, very easy to deal with. Would recommend highly!!

Property was clean, nice home, and very well located for everything in the area. Directions were clear for us and everything was done very professional. We weren't left guessing on anything. Thank you very much for your hospitality!!!!!

Nice dated home

We rented this home for the hurricane. Served our needs quite well. Home needs updating IE paint, power washing and just some updating on game room equipment

Spring vacation for Disney

Recent stay for a spring trip to Disney with the family, we frequently go down to Orlando for short trips and stay in this subdivision regularly, this was bit less on the nicer end and is a bit dated, it has a few newer updates, but definitely could use a good deep cleaning, very dusty and stained walls throughout, and having carpeting in a pet friendly rental is usually a no-no, due to allergens and odors. I took consideration with the previous reviews in my expectations,overall a6/10 the location is great but that's about it.

Place was nice very quiet neighborhood

Felt it could have been a little nicer .. TV in living room never worked and there was no instructions on how to turn it on. Remote did not work at all. Also, internet information provided did not allow me to get internet access .. There was no network for what I was provided. Backyard cushions on lounge chairs were pretty dirty.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Short story is the house was very dirty. The property manager was friendly and honest but he knew about the bath towels being stained with pink, blue, and brown spots. He said he didn't want us to go without towels. That's gross! There was an inch of dust collected on all the ceiling fans, food stains all over the walls, and I had to clean the property with the cleaning products I brought during the trip. The property manager was suppose to bring a new toaster because the current one was broken, but he never did. He did however go to walmart and purchase new bath towels and left them by the front door. I would not recommended this house. Especially to someone who has severe allergies to dust or mold. There was suppose to be 2 keys, there was only 1 and the front door was very difficult to unlock. Pretty much the only reason I stayed in the house is I had my own cleaning supplies, the property manager ( David) did bring new bath towels, fixed the front door, supplied us with a second key, and fixed the drain in the bath tub. On top of everything else, my family returned home with covid. Also the whole $25 dollar a day to heat the pool, there should be something saying $ 25 dollar to heat the pool AND hot tub. I will not be staying in this home again. Hopefully Expedia will allow me to post pictures of the condition of the home when we arrived.

La casa en su totalidad no está lo suficientemente limpia, la ropa de cama con mal olor, así como los muebles del living room, las cortinas de todas las ventanas dañadas y no cubrían el área de ventana por lo que se perdía toda privacidad, incluso en las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado defectuoso, mucho calor durante todo el día y en las noches casi no se podía dormir por la temperatura elevada, no alcanzaba la temperatura programada en el termostato. La piscina que se anuncia con heater, no se podía habilitar pues según el host estamos en verano y el considera que no es necesario activarlo, por este motivo mis niños no pudieron disfrutar de la piscina que por cierto también estaba sucia, con mal olor, con lodo en el fondo e insectos flotando en el agua. Por lo demás todo estaba bien. No recomiendo esta propiedad para disfrutar demás unas vacaciones familiares, al menos en verano.

RENTERS BEWARE! This home is not as advertised. First, it was very difficult to remove the key to enter. The home is filthy, roaches, roaches & more roaches. I fell on this broken patio chair. No cleaning supplies provided. I contacted the management several times. We were there 2 days before stating we wanted a replacement home. The host did not provide this accommodation.I asked for a full refund exception of the two nights, not even half was refunded. This host & property should be avoided.
