"A Gem By The Sea" for your family. (New Housekeeping Service)

3 bedroom, 2 newly remodeled full bathroom mobile with our large screened in porch with "Roll down Sun Shades" for when you want to block direct sunlight and for added privacy. We have very nice "Multi Setting's Lighting" nicely hung in and around entire area of the porch for relaxing, subtle moments or just hanging out having fun. A large multi speed ceiling fan. On this porch is where you get the best view of every island "Sunset" and an open air sun deck for entertaining or just relaxing. A fire pit for good times around the fire, roasting marshmallows, smores or just getting lost by staring into the fire . A brand new(2022) large propane grill with picnic table and area for outdoor dining. Full eat in kitchen, living room with flat screen tv, DVD player etc. and only 2 blocks from bay/marina where you can drop in your kayaks, about 2-3 miles from refuge and ocean. New central air unit, comfy new beds, large yard, 3 car driveway, private property, etc. This is an ideal area for all that the island has to offer. Just far enough away for peace and quite but, close enough to all the family excitement the island has in abundance. Also, this location is far enough away from island lights in town that gazing into the night skies becomes an amazing experience with thousands of stars beyond anything you've ever seen. Stay once, you'll want to return! ** Attention:** "July is the busiest month on the entire island" due to our "Month Long Carnival" and our "World Famous", "Chincoteague Pony Swim". People come from all around the world to experience the pony swim! It's truly a magical time for all adults and especially the children to witness.
*** (Attention:)*** Rates during "Pony Swim Week" Tues. July 26 thru Aug.1 2023
(*** Our Property Included***) Rooms/Hotels etc. are much higher that week due to overwhelming demand for vacancy's throughout the entire island! Most places are "Sold-Out" month's in advance for July so, "Bookings Are Very Limited" everywhere on the island. Don't wait to book your time or you may miss out. We work hard at making your stay easy and relaxing. We've begun booking a few dates for the upcoming Spring/Summer of the 2023 season as of this day of February 23, 2022. We look forward to booking our cozy island home with your family.

Beautiful rental. Had everything you would need!! Full kitchen for all your needs. Washer and dryer. Beautiful screened in porch to watch the sunset. Plus WiFi!!

We had a great time and would gladly come back again if/when we are able to visit Chincoteague! The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed take care of our family. The home was close to all the retail areas, wildlife refuge and beaches. We really enjoyed the outdoor space (yard, fire pit, outdoor seating) and large screened porch, as it offered additional entertainment and space for our 3 children.Our hosts, Tim & Julie, are very friendly and provided us with information, recommendations and ideas for planning each day of our trip. Their suggestion for best seafood was great! Their instructions for checking in and checking out were very thorough and easy to follow. They were also available anytime we had a question or needed help. We had one small situation and Tim was able to help us right away. Thank you!We highly recommend Tim and Julie's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Thank for for a great experience!

We had a great time, it was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had. The house was so clean and comfortable especially the beds. We've already recommend the house to our family and friends and plan on coming back again

Perfect location!
The house is in the perfect location on the island—close enough to the action but far enough away from the chaos. Well maintained, well stocked, and the owners are excellent to work with. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay in this house again.

It still feels so nice that everyone that stays absolutely loves our screened in porch, it does have the best view of the evening "Sunset" from our porch. I guess the porch is what most people talk about in the reviews. We couldn't be happier that it just adds to the charm and appeal of our home for all to enjoy.

A gem by the sea
It was a very nice place to us stay! A great place to just relax n enjoy!! We loved the outdoor fire ring!!! N nice cool ac!!! It’s very nice n close to everything on the island!!!

Wonderful stay

Chincoteague get away
The property was everything we hoped for. Location near the marina was perfect for our fishing trip. The house was in beautiful condition and well stocked with everything we needed. We couldn't have been happier.

Great Gem of a location, all we needed plus nice location
This is a very nicely kept location, w/ all the amenities we needed to feel at home. Easy drive and bike ride to town, and very responsive owner. Quiet neighborhood. We Will go back again.

This place was a nice place to stay. Had plenty of room. It has a nice screened in porch to sit on and also gave place for the children to go play. The Host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Thanks for letting use rent your house.

Quick Getaway

Comfortable stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals at the home. We loved the screened in porch. Home is exactly as described. Tim was great, easy check in instructions. He even gave us recommendations on where to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!
We enjoyed the easy access and location. We used the gas grill just about every day! We enjoyed evenings on the screened-in porch. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and very relaxing. Thank you!

We were regular visitors to the island for many years and, after renting hotel rooms in those years we love the island so much that we decided to meet with a realtor to see what homes were possibly available on the market. After looking at a few homes we turned the corner onto the street our future home is on? We knew IMMEDIATELY we found our Island Gem! Not a doubt about it!
We bought it immediately!
As I mentioned , we rented hotel rooms for years and since we found our Island home? We decided we would pay it forward to people bringing their families to vacation on this wonderful island that we would make it very welcoming/ warm and affordable home for families that work hard all year to afford a vacation that makes them feel welcome and a home to share for year's to come. We want to pay it forward to others and share our blessings with others.

The neighborhood is Quite and relaxing. It boasts very little light pollution that increases the unbelievable night skies to view incredible and magical nights of stargazing!!!

Our property on on far south side of the island and several miles from downtown. Simply said,,,, It gives you all the peaceful quiet and relaxation when you're away from town/ beach etc It gives you the best of all worlds. Quite when you want it quite but, just very short 5 minutes drive away from all the excitement and energy when you choose to join in. Again, you have the best of both worlds.
