Had a wonderful quick 2 night stay! I loved the balconies on each floor, my fiance and I sat outside and listened to music from Ropewalk Restaurant at night and enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Place was clean, had an amazing view, and checkin/ checkout process was easy. Highly recommend and hope to be back again!

My husband and I recently stayed here for a quick visit to Chincoteague, and overall it was a great stay! The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful (especially at night), and it's less than a 5-minute drive to the main downtown area. The house itself is very spacious, so it would be good for a family or small group to stay in. Communication with the host was easy, as they sent several texts throughout our stay to let us know how to reach them and what the checkout procedure was. Some of the furniture was stained or ripped and some other items were broken upon our arrival, but nothing was so damaged that it impacted our stay. Overall, it was a great value for its location!

Clean, Quaint, Comfortable

This was amazing! We enjoyed every moment of our stay here! It was quiet, away from the crowd in town. We will recommend this to everyone! Hoping to book again soon!

The condo was clean, the management company did provide a "starter kit" 2 small bars of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, 2 dish washing soaps, as advertised. But for better feedback, we stayed a week, 2 small bars of soap are not enough when washing hands, showering etc. Most places now put in dispensers with shampoo, bath gel, conditioner. The digital read out on the range was unreadable, as I enjoy cooking this made it difficult when trying to use the oven, can't read what temperature the oven is set at or the times. There were ice trays, the ice maker was not useable, we drink alot of water as we are active folks. So we purchased a bag of ice and continued to fill the ice trays. Most channels on the television are apps. if you don't have access to the apps it's difficult to watch television. There were only 2 trash bags, 1 in kitchen the other in upstairs bath, we asked for more and we did receive them. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been even better with a few more creature comforts.

Good stay

The property was clean and was true to the listing. I think it could be ideal for a family, particularly if you're really looking for a quiet place to just sleep at night and a place to make breakfast.

Family reunion

Met with family who live on island as well as other family staying elsewhere. Staying on island was quiet with great views of deck . Fishing/ crabbing from deck was great perk.

Marsh Island Getaway

Wonderful stay in Chincoteague, VA. At first, a few cleanliness concerns, but the overall experience was above average. The glass top stove was dirty, found a curtain in the dryer that we pulled out and folded, spots on the carpeted stairs, screen door was found damaged by a pet, sliding door glass was dirty, and stainless steel appliances not properly cleaned. Sound like a mess, but it wasn’t really all that bad. We left it better than we found it.

What a perfect vacay!

This was one of my top favorite family vacations! No Problem (formerly the Teague House) was just perfect! I loved the location, it was peaceful, the view was phenomenal, communication was perfect and simple with the hosts. Only thing i would say is this place couldve supplied more towels, washcloths and hand towels as we only had 1 of each for each family member for the whole week. So i had to do laundry every day, which i wouldve anyway since i like having my laundry done so im not swamped going home! But besides that, it was WONDERFUL! I was so sad to leave but am looking into booking again next year!

Overall great stay with beautiful views and great location. The kitchen could use some small things like a larger cutting board, potato peeler and extra baking sheet for those that are going to cook meals. As mentioned the views are great but outdoor furniture needs upgrading. There was no seating on upper deck which is where you want to see the beautiful sunsets. Also outdoor spaces need to be cleaned better as there was mold and some roofing debris on the decks. A dresser for clothing on 2nd level would also be helpful. These are easy fixes that would really make the home even better. Great communication with rental company and they addressed all concerns quickly.
