This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Plenty of space to relax inside and outside and overlooks the beach. Property management was also very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed! We will definitely be back for another trip!

This place was absolutely perfect. It was literally just steps to the beach. We stayed with a group of 12 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a nice touch, the beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with whatever you might need. One of our best beach vacations yet!

The beach view is slightly obstructed but still a great property and steps from the beach. The pool was much smaller than expected but the house was great and as pictured.

Generally this location worked out very well for our family. The primary issue we had was over the internet service which was very poor. Also the pool was turning green by the end of the week. There was a visit by someone mid week who placed a hose and started adding water to the pool but they did not communicate with us. I removed the hose when I thought enough water had been added.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the location worked well for your family overall. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the internet service and understand how frustrating that can be. Internet on Dauphin Island can be unreliable at times, and while we do work closely with service providers, there are occasions where issues arise during guest stays. We also regret the condition of the pool toward the end of your stay and the lack of communication regarding the midweek visit. That is not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be reviewing this with our team to ensure better communication moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.

We stay in rentals all over the nation. The pool was full of sand. Mold in top floor bedroom. Kitchen poorly stocked. Sofa was filthy. The cleaners suggested we put the extra bed comforters on top of the sofa. Trash all around under the house. A box of moldy, delated floats and beach toys, along with old fishing items and badminton items that were broken. Sand all over the outside rugs, like they have not been rinsed in weeks. We had to clean out the kitchen disposal that didnt work. We had to snake 2 bathroom tubs because they would not drain. 2 photos I've included are the tub drain and the family room ceiling fan. The house was far from "set" when we arrived. There's alot of wear in general that needs to be addressed. We were really disappointed by the description of the house and what we really had. If I had been my mother, I would be demanding a refund!

Great get away, great house and location

Dauphin Island is like going back in time to a simpler beachfront with sea shells washing ashore. The house is beautifully laid out and decorated. The pool could be warmer for winter months, but the deck is a great place to hear the waves and watch the sunset. Kitchen is furnished well, and living area is comfortable and roomy.
